Source text - German Die für den Geschäftsbetrieb und die Tätigkeit seiner Beauftragten auf dem Stand oder Gelände erforderlichen behördlichen Genehmigungen hat der Mieter bei den zuständigen Stellen selbst zu erwirken. Die amtlichen Papiere sind der XXXXX GmbH vor der Veranstaltung in Kopie und/oder auch amtlichen Behörden auf Verlangen vorzuzeigen. Die Reisegewerbeanmeldung ist in Kopie an diesen Vertrag anzufügen. Preisauszeichnung und Firmenbeschilderung (Mindestgröße DIN A 4) sind vor Ort am Verkaufsstand anzubringen. Bestandteil des Standmietvertrages sind §§ 17 ff. des Bundesseuchengesetzes vom 17.06.61. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, auf seinen Stand in Verbindung mit der Veranstaltung anzuwendende gesetzliche Bestimmungen, insbesondere die des Lebensmittel und Hygienerechts, des Seuchenrechts, des Handels mit zulässigen Artikeln, des Wettbewerbsrechts, des Steuerrechts sowie des Zollrechts, zu beachten. Hierzu zählt auch die Beachtung der berufsgenossenschaftlichen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften.
Translation - English It is the responsibility of the tenant to acquire any permits necessary for operating at this location or for the activities of their employees. The tenant may be required to display their permits to XXXXX GmbH before the event, or to the authorities whenever so required. A copy of the travel business registration is attached to this agreement. Pricing and company signage (minimum size DIN A4) must be placed on site on the tenants booth. An integral part of this agreement is to follow the §§ 17 ff. of the Bundesseuchengesetzes (Federal Communicable Diseases Law) from 17.06.1961. The tenant agrees to bring his/her booth into compliance with applicable statutory provisions, in particular those regarding food and hygiene legislation, the federal communicable diseases law, trade in permitted goods, fair competition laws, tax law, and customs law. This includes compliance with the Trade Association accident prevention regulations.
