I am passionate about translation and have been consciously preparing myself for this profession from early on in my education.
I am a philologist with a master’s degree in English and another master's in Hungarian language. I enriched my education with studies in the fields of political philosophy, modern history, international relations, economics and intercultural communication.
I gained translating and proof-reading experience mainly at the European Parliament and the Publications Office of the European Union (European Commission). I have expertise in translating about issues related to politics and international relations: economic, monetary and environmental affairs; consumer protection; human rights; agriculture; regional development; women’s rights; transport, industry and energy.
As a result of my university studies, I also have an in-depth knowledge about arts, design and literature that I can profit from when translating texts belonging to one of these areas.
