My name is Brenna Fisch and I’m passionate about the work I do in French-to-English science translation!
I grew up in both Colorado and Lausanne, Switzerland where I learned French as my second language. My love of French-to-English science translation began at the University of Colorado where I worked translating technical papers for the Chemical Engineering department. I continued this passion in Portland, Oregon where I worked teaching kids in French at a French Immersion Academy.
I studied both Psychology and French at the University of Colorado with an emphasis in Biomedical Sciences and since I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2013, I’ve continued to build my work experience in both French and Medical professional settings.
I take great pride in my French-to-English translation work and I value my ability to work promptly, efficiently and with care for proper translation of nuanced terminology.
I am currently a graduate student in Speech Language Pathology (l'orthophonie) I can often be found hiking, traveling, dancing, or practicing aerial and acrobatic arts.
