3.1. Стоимость услуг Исполнителя определяется:
- В случае заключения Заказчиком договора на оказания разовых услуг с клиентом, найденным Исполнителем в соответствии с п.1.1 договора в размере 5% от цены договора с клиентом (без учёта НДС).
- В случае заключения Заказчиком договора на оказания регулярных услуг с клиентом, найденным Исполнителем в соответствии с п.1.1 договора в размере 10% от стоимости однократного ежемесячного платежа по договору с клиентом (без учёта НДС).
3.2. Оплата услуг Исполнителя производится после оплаты клиентом, найденным Исполнителем:

- Первого ежемесячного платежа, при заключении договора на оказание регулярных услуг.

Translation - English The Court held that until proper changes are introduced to Law No. 109-ФЗ, when making a decision concerning the choice of the place for registering a foreign national (stateless person) at the place of stay, as well as when assessing the signs of violations of the stay (residence) regime in Russia, the provisions of said Article of Law No. 109-ФЗ cannot be considered as binding the foreign national (stateless person) who is temporarily staying in Russia, is registered at the registered address of the organization (the host party) according to the Russian laws, and whose registration has not been cancelled, to make additional migration registration at the residential address of the premises that have been provided to them by the host party and where they temporarily reside.
Otherwise, foreign nationals and stateless persons shall be registered at the place of their actual stay.

1.38 Paragraph 1.36 refers to five factors that may be important when determining comparability. As part of a comparison exercise, the examination of the five comparability factors is by nature two-fold, i.e. it includes an examination of the factors affecting the taxpayer’s controlled transactions and an examination of the factors affecting uncontrolled transactions. Both the nature of the controlled transaction and the transfer pricing method adopted (see Chapter II for a discussion of transfer pricing methods) should be taken into account when evaluating the relative importance of any missing piece of information on possible comparables, which can vary on a case-by-case basis. Information on product characteristics might be more important if the method applied is a comparable uncontrolled price method than if it is a transactional net margin method. If it can be reasonably assumed that the unadjusted difference is not likely to have a material effect on the comparability, the uncontrolled transaction at issue should not be rejected as potentially comparable, despite some pieces of information being missing.
