Bio
I am a Ph.D. holder in Germanic Languages and Literatures from Washington University in St. Louis, a native English speaker (American) and a current full-time freelancer. I have extensive translation experience (German - English) in a wide range of disciplines: legal, medical, personal files, academic and scientific articles, e-commerce, website translation and localization, etc. Please see my sample translations for an idea of the breadth of work I do!

I also translate for onehourtranslations.com, where I have a 5/5 internal rating, for Gengo.com, and accept clients on upwork.com, where I have logged dozens of projects and well over 1,000 hours of translation time for clients like WebInterpret, with excellent reviews.

Some of my biggest recent clients include:

Marc-Christian Riebe: autobiography translation: Key Money Talks! - forthcoming, 2015,
eBay: translated top 387 German eBay buying guides into English,
Igan Mich: young adult novel, Das Erbe der Arverner - proposed title: The Mark of the Arverni - forthcoming, 2015

Get in touch with me - I'm always looking for new clients and new cooperations. Hope we can work together soon!
