Source text - English Gulfstream will provide Buyer with written notice of the Aircraft’s serial number no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled issuance of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) Certificate of Airworthiness for the Aircraft. Within five (5) business days after Gulfstream’s notice, Buyer will execute and immediately return to Gulfstream an “Acknowledgement of Serial Number” document to be provided by Gulfstream for the purpose of confirming that serial number as the Aircraft to be outfitted with the Completion Package specified under this Agreement.
Translation - Spanish Gulfstream hará entrega al Comprador de una notificación escrita con el número de serie de la Aeronave en un plazo no superior a treinta (30) días naturales antes de la emisión prevista del Certificado de Aeronavegabilidad de la Aeronave de la Administración Federal de Aviación de los E.U. (FAA). Dentro de un plazo de cinco (5) días laborables posteriores a la notificación de Gulfstream, el Comprador ejecutará y devolverá de forma inmediata a Gulfstream un documento de “Acuse de recibo del Número de Serie” emitido por Gulfstream a efectos de confirmar dicho número de serie para la Aeronave que habrá de equiparse con el Paquete Final especificado según el presente Contrato.
