1. Gender Equality Strategy
1.1. Meaningfully involve field teams in the process of completing the Sudan Gender Equality Strategy to ensure buy in and alignment of strategic objectives, outcomes and benchmarks with practical programme needs. The draft Gender Equality Strategy for Sudan is a great starting point as it provides a clear and succinct analysis of key gender dynamics in the context of Darfur and it outlines overarching strategic objectives. To ensure a successful roll out of the strategy within field offices and programme teams, it is however essential to ensure that staff from both West Darfur and South Kordofan are involved in the development of the strategy, and in particular at these critical points:
• Analysis of how gender dynamics practically affect Concern activities and expected outcomes of Concern programmes (an exercise based on the problem tree methodology was modelled with the GEWG in Khartoum and can be replicated with field teams)
• Translation of generic strategic objectives into concrete benchmarks which are pinned on existing or planned programme activities and approaches and appear realistic given the context and capacity of the teams
• Validation of proposed approaches (in the “what we will do” section of the strategic document) to achieve the strategic objectives to ensure they are appropriate for the context and level of capacity on the ground
Staff in the Khartoum office will also need to be consulted and involved in the process, especially in reference to strategic objectives relating to internal policies and systems.
The alignment of the Sudan strategic objectives with the draft Concern’ global Equality Strategy is welcome and can be a helpful tool to ensure harmonization within the organization and linkages with global processes. At the same time, it should not supersede the need for strategic objectives to respond to the country teams’ vision and to be sufficiently detailed to provide useful guidance to implementers on how to proceed to integrate gender equality in existing programmes and activities.

المساق الأول: أهمية المشتريات
أهمية إدارة المشتريات:
لقد أولت العديد من الهيئآت وألأدآرآت و المنظمات اهتماماً كبيراً لادارة المشتريات. وتبرز أهمية ادارة المشتريات للأسباب التالية:
1. تتميز بعض المواد وألأدوات والمعدآت بالندرة وحدة المنافسة بين المشاريع لتأمين تدفقها وذلك لاستمرار عملية العمل ألأدآري وألأنتاج. و لذا أصبح الاهتمام بإدارة المشتريات لضمان عـدم توقف ألأستمراية في العمل ألأدآري والإنتاج.
2. كما يمكن أن تبرز أهمية إدارة المشتريات من خلال حجم الإنفاق الكبير عند شراء المواد والتخطيط المسبق له . أن إدارة المشتريات وهي تمارس مسؤوليتها تضع نصب عينها ومخططآتها محاولة تخفيض النفقات حتى تستطيع المنافسة على أساس التقييم المادي (السعر)، وبالتالي تضمن المحافظة على حصتها ألأقصادية في نظام ألشرآء و التسوق والمحاولة على أبقآء تخطيط ألشرآء حسب متطلبات ألأدآرة الرئيسية . ويمكن أن يظهر تأثير تكاليف المواد المشتراة على المنافسة في الشركات التي تكون فيها نسبة تكاليف شراء المواد تتجاوز %50 من إجمالي النفقات الكلية لهذه الشركات . هذا بالإضافة إلى أن الشراء بكميات كبيرة يمكّن إدارة المشتريات من الاستفادة من الحصول على أفضل المواصفات والخصم المادي على الكمية . وعليه فإن الشركة قد تحسن وضعها التنافسي بالسوق من خلال تخفيض الأسعار للمواد الأولية.
3. كما أن الهيئآت وألأدآرآت و المنظمات تمثل نظاماً مفتوحاً, لذا فإن قدرة إدارة المشتريات في أداء أعمالها تزيد من قدرة العمل ألأدآري و الإنتاج. لحصولها على المواد بالكمية المناسبة والمواصفات المطلوبة بعيداً عن العيوب الفنية وخلافه , لذا فإن كل تحسين في ادارة المشتريات يزيد من كفاءة ادارة الإنتاج ألأدآري .
4. كما تكمن أهمية الشراء في الحد من مبالغة الإدارات المستخدمة للمواد سواء من حيث الكمية أم المواصفات, وهذا يزيد من النفقات, ولذا فإن ادارة المشتريات تستطيع أن تعيد النظر في مواصفات المواد المطلوبة و اقتراح المواصفات المناسبة والبديلة و الأقل تكلفة, وكذلك إعادة النظر في الكميات المطلوبة التي قد تعاني الإدارات المستخدمة للمواد في تقديرها تحوطا ما يستجد من الظروف, تحوطا يحمل في طياته المغالات وسوء التخزين .
أهداف ادارة المشتريات :
إن أي إدارة من الادارة الرئيسية تقوم بمجموعة من الأنشطة من أجل تحقيق أهدافها. وعليه، فإنه يمكن اجمال أهداف ادارة المشتريات كما يلي:
1- الاستخدام الامثل للموارد: اذ يعتبر الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المالية المتاحة هدفاً أساسياً من أهداف ادارة المشتريات وسبباً من أسباب نجاح ألأدآرة الرئيسية . إذ أن الشراء الملائم والمدروس والمخطط له اقتصادياً وفي الوقت المناسب والسعر المناسب والجودة المناسبة يمثل انفاقاً سليماً للموارد المالية. فهو إلى جانب كونه قلة في الانفاق فهو استخداماً أمثلاً لتلك الموارد المالية المستثمرة. متجنبين تجميداً لرأس مال المشروع المستثمر في مستلزمات ألأدآرة و الانتاج والآلات والأدوات.
2- التخطيط الجيد لشراء المواد: إن التخطيط الجيد لشراء المواد، هو أحد أنشطة ادارة المشتريات يساعد على تحديد المخزون الاقتصادي وألمطلوب. ويبعد الاستثمار غير الاقتصادي في المخزون. ويقلل من تلف المواد أو تقادمها نتيجة الخزن .
3- تقليل تكاليف الشراء: كما يوفر الشراء المدروس قلة في ألأستهلاك و الانفاق وإمكانية عرض اسعار تقل عن أسعار المنافسة وبذلك يضيق قوة تنافس للمشروع.
4- وتمثل مهمة الشراء الناحج مصدراً من مصادر القيمة المضافة التي هي الفرق بين المدخولات والمخرجات. إذ كلما قلت تكلفة المدخولات، مثمثلة بكلفة الشراء، زادت حصيلة المبيعات، وذلك ما يحدث جلياً في المشاريع التجارية.
5- بناء العلاقات جيدة مع الموردين: إن من أهداف ادارة المشتريات توطيد علاقات جيدة في ما بين الموردين وألأدآرة الرئيسية على تستطيع استثمارها فيي أصعب الظروف و لتوفير السعر المناسب، والتجهيز المفضل حتى في أحلك الظروف الاقتصادية وندرة الموارد. اضافة الى تطوير العلاقات المتينة بين الارادات الداخلية في ألأدآرة الرئيسية , وذلك لزرع الثقة بين هذه الادارات وادارة المشتريات . ومن ثم قبول اقتراحاتها في عرض بدائل المواد أو بدائل المواصفات إن تعذر الحصول عليها لارتفاع أسعارها أو ندرة وجود المواصفات المطلوبة.
6- الحصول على أفضل الأسعار: وأفضل الأسعار ليست بالضرورة أقلها. وبعبارة أخرى لا يجوز أن ننظر للأسعار نظرة مجردة، بل أن هنالك عناصر لا بد من أخذها بعين الاعتبار كالبعد الجغرافي، وانتظام التجهيز والالتزام بمواعيده والخدمات التي يقدمها المورد. حيث تؤخذ كل تلك الظروف بعين الاعتبار عند تفضيل الأسعار المعروضة.

Importance of Purchasing Management:
It is well known fact that a number of authorities, departments and organizations have paid great attention to the purchasing management. The importance of purchasing management department increases for the following reasons:
1. Some of the materials, tools and equipment are characterized by scarcity and intense competition between projects to ensure its flow for the continuation of production and administrative work process. Therefore, attention to the purchase management became essential to ensure the non-stop continuation of administrative work and production.
2. Similarly, the importance of purchasing management department enlightens through the huge expenditure on procurement of materials and its planning. The Purchasing Department in the exercise of putting its plans to reduce expenditures so that they can compete on the basis of material assessment (the price), ensures the preservation of its economic stake in purchasing & shopping system and tries to keep the purchasing planning on the line of key management requirements. It may show the impact of costs on purchased materials against competition in companies where the percentage of costs on purchasing materials exceeds 50% of the total expenses for these companies. This is in addition to that purchasing in large quantities may enable the purchasing department to take advantage of best specifications and material discount on quantity. Accordingly, the Company may improve its competitive position in the market through lower prices of raw materials.
3. The bodies, departments and organizations represent an open system, so the ability of purchase department to conduct its business increases the ability of administrative work and production for getting the appropriate quantity and required specifications of material without technical flaws and so on; therefore every improvement in the department of purchase increases the efficiency of production management.
4. Purchasing is also important in reducing the hyperbole of user departments regarding materials, both in terms of quantity and specifications, because this increases the costs. Purchase department can review the specifications of required materials and propose appropriate and alternative specifications at lower cost. It can also revise the required quantities that may suffer the user departments for materials in its evaluation a hedge to emerging circumstances which carries in its strings overstatements and poor storage.
Objectives of Purchase Department:
Any of the key managements performs a variety of activities in order to achieve its goals. Accordingly, the objectives of purchase management can be summed as follows:
1. Optimal use of resources: If optimal use of available financial resources is considered to be a key goal of purchase department and one of the principle reasons for the success of department. If the appropriate, thoughtful and economically planned purchasing in a timely manner at the right price with appropriate quality represents a sound expenditure of financial resources. It is the optimal usage of these invested financial resources besides being efficient in expenditure. It also helps to avoid freeze of invested capital in department necessities, production, machinery and tools.
2. Planning for purchasing goods & materials: Better planning to purchase goods & materials, is one of the activities of purchase management which helps to determine the economic and required stock. It keeps away the non-economic investment in stock and reduces spoilage or obsolescence of goods as a result of storage.
3. Reducing the cost of purchase: A well examined purchase also ensures reduced consumption and expenditure and the ability to offer lower prices than the price of competition and thus narrows the strength to compete for the project.
4. Purchasing successfully brings the sources of added value which is the very difference between intakes and outputs. Because as much as lower the cost of intakes represented by the cost of purchase, the greater will be the sales, and it is clearly happening in the business.
5. Developing good relationships with suppliers: One of the objectives of purchase department is to consolidate good relations between suppliers and core management to be able to invest in the most difficult conditions and to provide the right price and preferred processing even in the darkest economic conditions and scarcity of resources; in addition to the development of strong relations between internal departments of the core management to instil confidence among these departments and the department of purchasing. And thus accepting the suggestions towards offering alternatives of material or substitutes of specifications that can not be obtained for a price rise or scarcity of the required specifications.
6. Obtaining best prices: The best price is not necessarily the least. In other words, we should not have abstract look at the prices, because there are elements that must be taken into account like geographical distance, regularity of processing, commitment to deadlines and services provided by the supplier. These all circumstances should be taken into account while giving preference to any offered prices.

It provide valuable information about citizens: their demographic features, Geographical distribution, Socio economic characteristics, current standing on the scale of various human development parameter such as Infant Mortality, maternal mortality, life expectancy, literacy etc.

But off late, it has become a contentious Issue. Instead of studying this gigantic document dispassionately, the whole focus boils down to the issue of population- that is the number of Muslims soon overtake the number of Hindus.
Political priorities
Amid pleasant projection of overall decline in growth rate of all major religious communities of India, particularly sharp decline in growth rate of Muslim population; the official release of Census 2011(released in….. 2015) is being misinterpreted and distorted for petty political gain.
Just after the release of Census 2011, in an editorial “The Hindu” underlined, “ Without any correlation to other demographic features such as income, education, occupation and mortality rates, to merely present the rate of growth in the population of specific religious communities as standalone facts makes no sense at all." It observed, “Release of such potentially polarizing” data before “Bihar Assembly election injects an unnecessary political taint”. It further added, “All collections of data are value-neutral, but the manner of their release and potential for use and misuse are not.”
Muslim population trend
Generally, population issue is seen through the lens of fertility alone. “The correct and more relevant way to look at the population issues was shown by several International conventions of early nineties, particularly the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) of 1994 held in Cairo. It emphatically propounded that “population issues” is not a fertility control issue but a “development issue” because population growth automatically reduces as societies develop because it brings in education, awareness and medical facilities.” Writes Goodpal in a blog for hubpages.com

سیاسی ترجیحات
کچھ ایسی ہی صورت حال کا سامنا ہم نے گذشتہ سال کیا جب مردم شماری رپورٹ کے مطابق ہندوستان کی سبھی بڑی مذہبی برادریوں کے شرح نمو میں مجموعی طور پر خوش آئند کمی درج کی گئی، خاص طور پر مسلم آبادی کے شرح نمو میں زیادہ تیز کمی محسوس کی گئی۔ لیکن اس کے باوجود 2011 مردم شماری کی اس آفشیل اشاعت کو (جو 2015 میں ہوئی) معمولی سیاسی مفادات کے لئے انتہائی غلط طرح سے توڑ مروڑ کر پیش کیا گیا۔
اس صورت حال کی تنقید کرتے ہوئے 'دی ہندو' اخبار کے اداریہ میں نشاندہی کی گئی کہ "آمدنی، تعلیم، پیشہ اور شرح اموات جیسے دیگر آبادیاتی پہلؤوں کو نظر انداز کرتے ہوئے کسی مخصوص مذہب کے لوگوں کی آبادی میں شرح نمو کو آزادانہ طور پر پیش کرنے کا قطعا کوئی مطلب نہیں بنتا"۔ اداریہ نے لکھا کہ، "بہار اسمبلی انتخابات سے قبل پولرائزیشن کی امکانی صلاحیت رکھنے والے اس قسم کے اعداد و شمار کا جاری ہونا ایک غیر ضروری سیاسی رنگ لے لیتا ہے۔" مزید کہا گیا کہ "سبھی جمع کردہ اعداد و شمار کی اہمیت اپنی جگہ مسلم ہے اور وہ اپنی قدر و قیمت میں غیر جاندار ہوتے ہیں، لیکن ان کے جاری کئے جانے کا طریقہ ہمیشہ غیر جانبدار نہیں ہوتا نیز ان کے صحیح و غلط استعمال کی بھی کوئی ضمانت نہیں ہوتی۔"
مسلم آبادی کا رجحان

• بانہوں کا سُن ہو جانا یا بانہوں، ہاتھوں یا انگلیوں میں جھنجھناہٹ، چبھن اور کمزوری کا پیدا ہونا۔
• ساتھ ہی سر میں چکر، تنک مزاجی، بے چینی اور تھکان کا پیدا ہونا، بے خوابی کی کیفیت اور کام کرنے کی صلاحیت میں کمی آنا۔
• مثانہ اور انتڑیوں پر کنٹرول ختم ہونا یا اس میں کمی آجانا (اگر ریڑھ کی ہڈی میں سکڑن پیدا ہوگئی)۔
اگر کسی کو مندرجہ بالا علامتوں میں سے کوئی علامت محسوس ہو تو اس مسئلہ کو یوں ہی بڑھنے کے لیے نہ چھوڑ دے کہ یہ ہمیشہ کی معذوری بن جائے۔
مشہور اور غیر معمولی ہومیو پیتھک دواؤں کی آمیزش سے گردن اور پشت کے درد کے علاج کے لیے ایک موثر اور معیاری پروڈکٹ بنا یا گیا ہے۔ خاص کر ریڑھ کی ہڈی کے درد یا اسپونڈیلائٹس میں بہت اثر دار ہے، جوڑوں کی سوزش کو قابل ذکر حد تک کم کرتا ہے، ہاتھوں، کندھوں اور گردن کی حرکت کو بڑھاتا ہے۔

Middle East, especially a few countries of the GCC have become trading hubs for the African continent and major parts of Europe. The local consumer market is dynamic and demanding. Thus, Trading is a major commercial activity in the Middle East.
