Tale Piano Operativo di Sicurezza è da considerarsi parte integrante del presente Contratto. La mancata presentazione del POS, entro il
termine indicato, legittimerà il CONTRAENTE GENERALE a sospendere la
risolvere il Contratto ai sensi e per gli effetti dell’art. 1456 C.C.,
In caso di infortunio o di incidente o di pericolo grave, l’AFFIDATARIO. oltre ad ottemperare a tutti gli obblighi previsti a suo carico dalla legislazione vigente, deve immediatamente informare il CONTRAENTE GENERALE ed inviargli copia degli adempimenti di legge ed ogni altra documentazione
richiesta relativa all’incidente.

Must present the Operational Safety Plan (POS) within 15 days from the signing of this Contract, and in any event, at least 7 days prior to the delivery of
the WORKS . This Operational Safety Plan is to be considered integral part of this Contract. Failure to provide the POS within the deadline, will legitimize the GENERAL CONTRACTOR to suspend the delivery of WORKS at the CONTRACTOR fault, and to close the Contract pursuant to and by effect of art . 1456 of the civil code.
In the event of an accident or a injury, o serious danger, the CONTRACTOR. beside having to comply with all the obligations imposed to him by the law in force, he must immediately notify the GENERAL CONTRACTOR and mail a copy of legal requirements and any other documentation requested regarding to the accident.

If your laptop can not function with the AC power alone, then it is not the battery problem, something else may be wrong with your laptop.
