U-95.359.428) para Eusko Trenbideak - Ferrocarriles Vascos, S.A.
CERTIFICO:
Que la empresa EMTE, S.A., subcontratista de las referidas obras, inició su ejecución en 2005 y las finalizó en febrero de 2009.
Que el importe total (sin IVA) de las obras ejecutadas por la citada empresa ascienden a 1.176.022,15 € de los que 58.606,77 € fueron ejecutados en el año 2005, 223.337,82 € fueron ejecutados en el año 2006, de 605.713,27 € en el 2007, de 238.300,02 € en 2008 y de 50.064,27 € en el año 2009.
Que las obras consistieron en la instalación y montaje del tendido de catenaria, con los correspondientes soportes, en desdoblamiento de un tramo de vía entre Amorebieta y Euba, realizando el suministro y montaje de 12,123 Km de catenaria, desmontaje y correcciones de instalaciones existentes y provisionales, modificaciones de catenaria en diversos puntos, y ripado de catenaria, siendo ejecutado con arreglo a condiciones y a plena satisfacción del facultativo que suscribe.

That the works consisted of the installation and assembly of catenary cabling, with its corresponding supports, in the duplication of tracks in a section between Amorebieta y Euba, carrying out the supply and installation of 12,123 Kms of catenary, the disassembly and corrections of existing and provisional catenary, catenary modifications at various points and catenary ripping, having been carried out in accordance with the rules and to the full satisfaction of the underwritten facultative.
