I am a professional researcher since 1996 in chemistry, Ph.D., with deep knowledge and experience in chemistry; besides, I have a wide range of other interests and knowledge in science, engineering, technics, and many other areas. On the other hand, I have an experience of reading, writing and translating scientific, technical and other texts in English and Russian since 1997; even without a linguistic education, my writing literacy and style are on the top level. Due to profound technical education and competence, I am able to completely understand technical texts and make a correct translation. When needed, I'm always ready to study additional information to improve the knowledge and to achieve even better results. Together with expertise in target language, this provides a high quality of my translations.

Besides being a researcher, I am a musician, photographer, mountain climber and a tourist so I am competent and able to make good translations in these fields too.

So my fields of expertise are chemistry (especially organic chemistry), electronics, physics, oil and gas, patents, user manuals and other documents concerning home appliances and other equipment; photography, image processing, music, musical instruments, audio equipment, processing and amplification; mountaineering, climbing and trekking activities and hardware.

I have an experience of co-operation with translation agencies and a customer since 2010. I have translated over 80 patents (mostly chemical engineering subject) and over 80 other texts, including air conditioners, medical equipment and other operation and installation manuals, documents and software for mining equipment simulators, spacecraft documentation and others.
