I have been working as a freelance translator for the last 12 years (experienced in
marketing, commercial, industry, communication, technical and legal documents).
I regularly translate EU official documents such as EU regulatory documents,
decrees, orders, technical documents, etc. Furthermore, I transcribe audio and
video files (European Union conferences) in English, French and Lithuanian. I
also worked as interpreter (French / Lithuanian) for the Tribunal de Grande Instance
(Nice, France) and for the Police Department (Nice, France). For the last few years
I was translating CLEISS documents (Centre of European and International
Liaisons for Social Security / FR-LT and LT-FR).
CAT tools: Trados Studio, Memsource.
Translation rates are as follows:
- from English into Lithuanian is from 0,05 - 0,06 Euro per word
- from French into Lithuanian from 0,06 - 0,07 Euro per word
- and from Lithuanian into French from 0,08 - 0,10 Euro per word
My daily capacity is 2500 - 3000 words.
