Bio
Before I started my current profession, I studied English
Language and Literature for 4 years along with a certification training
provided on teaching English (pedagogical formation). Then, I worked as an
English teacher for a total of 3 years (2 years in Turkey, one year in Italy).
Once all the questions vanished as to where I truly belong,
I immediately focused on my career as a translator, with the leverage of the
solid linguistic framework I gained to that date. Since then, I have been
providing translation/editing services in English-Turkish language pair.
As a go-to vendor for spotless Turkish translation/editing
services, I have 12 years of proven experience built in collaboration with the
leading local and international players in the translation and localization
industry. I have worked in almost every field including engineering, law,
marketing, social sciences, education, advertising, general correspondence,
tourism, with a specialization in medicine and pharmaceuticals. I am also an
enthusiastic learner and explorer of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, blockchain,
DeFi, and Web3 at-large since late 2021. I provide translation services for
several DAOs and Web3 projects as well.
I offer brilliant command of language; familiarity with all
commonly used CAT tools (Trados, Memoq, Wordfast, Smartcat, etc.); and a
meticulous emphasis on terminology backed by research.
