As a translator, I have an outstanding knowledge of Dutch, my native language; and a quasi-native level of both English and French, a language in which I have studied, worked and lived for years. I hold a Master’s Degree in Romance Languages and Cultures from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, majoring in French and with contemporary literature as my speciality.

My experience working at different companies where I was responsible for translating texts from French and English into Dutch has given me the knowledge needed to translate in a variety of fields.

I understand that a good client-provider relationship is always based on trust, and expect my clients to understand this as well. I am willing to do test translations of up to 350 words for potential new clients who wish to see the quality of my translations.
