This will allow them to view the condition of your bones, teeth and internal organs. To do this procedure a caregiver will take you to the x-ray room where a picture is taken. You must hold very still and you may be asked to hold your breath while the x-ray picture is taken. CONSIDERANT que le client actuel situé à l’établissement du (adresse) (XYZ) est d’accord qu’il ne lui est pas préjudicial pour lui qu’un certain nombre d’employés puissent être embauchés par ce nouveau client (XYZ) en autant que ce droit est pour une période déterminée.
CONSIDÉRANT que les articles 9 et 14.2 b) de la convention collective ne s’appliquent pas.
CONSIDÉRANT qu’un employé peut accumuler de l’ancienneté que chez un seul client de l’employeur.
IL EST ENTENDU ENTRE LES PARTIES QUE:
Qu’à compter du____ septembre 2010 et ce, jusqu’au ____ septembre 2010 inclusivement, l’employeur informera les employés des postes disponibles au nouvel établissement (nouveau client) et ceux qui sont intéressés à y être embauchés devront y indiquer leurs noms et le poste qui les intéressent (Le nombre de postes peut être limité en tenant compte du nombre d’employés intéressés et des besoins de main-d’oeuvre à l’un ou l’autre des établissements).
Les employés qui seront embauchés au nouvel établissement (XYZ) conserveront leur ancienneté générale. Cependant, leur ancienneté de poste débutera à compter de leur embauche chez le nouveau client (XYZ).
Le taux horaire de l’employé transféré sera celui du poste qu’il occupera en tenant compte de ses années de service pour l’employeur.

BOTH PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
As of September, 2010, and this, until September ______2010 inclusively, the employer shall inform employees of any vacancies available at the new location (XYZ), and potential applicants must provide their names and the jobs they are interested in. (The number of job offers may be limited taking into consideration the number of applicants and the desired number of workers at one hotel or the other).
Those applicants that shall be hired for the new location (XYZ) shall retain their general seniority. However, the classification seniority shall only come into effect as of the time they are hired for the new location (XYZ).
Hourly rates of the newly hired employees for the new location (XYZ) shall remain the same under the employee’s previous job category taking into consideration the number of years he worked for his employer.
