Source text - English Despite the short notice B, through its London office, and using is international network, chartered a flight for this purpose. An amount of $0000 was charged for this aircraft charter. This was invoiced to the Presidential Office of the National Security Advisor in Kabul by B London and payment was requested to be made in London to A Bank.
The charter and payment for this flight was intended to be completed outside of Afghanistan, but in order to facilitate ease of payment by the President’s office, the B Afghanistan bank account was used. Payment for this charter was therefore made into the B Standard Chartered bank account in Afghanistan on 28 June 2006. Funds were transferred out of the account back to London the next day in order to pay for the costs of the aircraft charter. A small balance of $000 was left in the account in order to fund local expenses.

Source text - English Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor therapy was unexpectedly associated with reduced acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in trials of patients with left ventricular dysfunction or heart failure. The Heart Outcomes Prevention Evaluation (HOPE) study showed that ramipril reduces the risk of AMI in patients with chronic atherosclerotic vascular disease and normal left ventricular function. A reduction of mortality by early therapy with ACE inhibitors in the setting of AMI has been shown in different, recent randomized trials.This study analyzes if a beneficial effect of treatment with ramipril on mortality and cardiovascular events in the setting of AMI can be found in registry data of unselected patients in clinical practice. We also examined if treatment with ramipril was associated with a better outcome than treatment with other generic ACE inhibitors.
