Source text - Chinese 被保險人在本契約有效期間內失蹤者，如經法院宣告死亡時，本公司根據判決內所確定死亡時日為準，依本契約給付身故保險金；如要保人或受益人能提出證明文件，足以認為被保險人極可能因意外傷害事故而死亡者，本公司應依意外傷害事故發生日為準，依本契約給付身故保險金。但日後發現被保險人生還時，受益人應將該筆已領之身故保險金歸還本公司，本公司將以計算身故保險金時之保單價值自歸還日後之次一評價日，依要保書指定之投資標的及比例重新投資，本契約自原終止日繼續有效，本公司如有應行給付其他保險金情事者，仍依約給付。
Translation - English If the insured person is missing within the effective period of this policy and is declared dead by court of order, the company will pay the death insurance benefit starting from the date of death declaration made by the court of law.
If the insurant or the beneficiary is able to provide necessary documents in evidence that the insured person suffered death due to an accidental injury, the company will pay death insurance benefits from the date of the incident.
However, if the insured person is found alive at a later date, the beneficiary must fully return the received benefit payment. The company will calculate the policy value of the death insurance by the next assessment date upon reception of the reimbursement.
As such, a reinvestment may be made according to the policy’s investment target and ratio. If so, the policy shall remain effective after the original termination date of the policy. For other relevant insurance benefits, the company will make payments according to the policy.
