Губернатор заявил о росте машиностроительной отрасли в Челябинской области
На открытой площадке ледовой арены «Трактор» Михаил Юревич торжественно открыл выставку «Машиностроители Урала – родному городу».
На экспозиции представлена продукция ведущих машиностроительных предприятий Челябинска, региона и Уральского Федерального округа. Среди экспонатов - новинки 2011 года и серийная продукция: бульдозеры, самосвалы, краны, прицепы, грейдеры, оборудование для различных отраслей промышленности и другая техника, производимая нашими земляками.
Михаил Юревич обошел всю выставку, подробно ознакомившись со всеми представленными экспонатами. Компания «Урало-Сибирская пожарно-техническая компания» вручила главе региона сертификат на современную пожарную машину специального назначения стоимостью 10 млн. рублей. По словам губернатора, эта современная техника соответствует лучшим мировым образцам. В ближайшее время автомобиль поступит в распоряжение одной из пожарных частей на территории области. По окончании осмотра выставки Михаил Юревич заявил – машиностроительная отрасль области показывает рост, приблизившись к докризисным показателям. «Продукция машиностроения сегодня востребована, конкурирует с Европой и Китаем. В советские годы в этой отрасли было занято больше всего людей. Потенциал отрасли очень большой, в области умеют работать с металлом. Нам необходимо производить востребованную продукцию, сегодня я увидел ее на этой выставке», - отметил Юревич.
Организатором выставки выступил многофункциональный сервисный центр предприятий Челябинской области - объединение ведущих машиностроительных предприятий Южного Урала, созданное в 2009 году по инициативе регионального минпрома для участия наших предприятий в проекте «Урал промышленный – Урал полярный».
В программе выставки проходят и круглые столы по темам «Проблемы машиностроения Челябинской области», «Импортозамещение», «Участие предприятий Челябинской области в программе «Урал Промышленный – Урал Полярный».
Выставка проходит с 2 по 4 сентября 2011 года на открытой площадке ледовой арены «Трактор», ул. 250 лет Челябинску, д.38, часы работы с 10.00 по 18.00.

Михаил Юревич устроил «разбор полетов» в Центре олимпийской подготовки по дзюдо
Губернатор Челябинской области заявил о необходимости кадровых решений по не оправдавшим надежды спортсменам и тренерам.
Глава региона прибыл в центр, чтобы лично вручить сертификат на квартиру в новом микрорайоне Челябинска «Парковый» Денису Ярцеву – золотому медалисту XXVI Всемирной летней Универсиады. Его тренер Виктор Мосейчук также получил из рук губернатора благодарность и денежную премию.
После этого Михаил Юревич обратился к спортсменам и тренерам, собравшимся в центре. Губернатор жестко подчеркнул, что не доволен выступлением челябинских дзюдоистов на чемпионате мира в Париже. «Не только по дзюдо, но и по всем видам спорта мы будем требовать результаты соответственно вложениям бюджета. На сегодняшний день бюджет делает всё возможное, у нас все ведущие спортсмены получают стипендию», - указал глава региона.
«Наша страна тратит серьезные деньги на спорт. Выступать за честь страны – это престижно. Но мы хотим, чтобы наши спортсмены не только выступали за сборную, но и приносили медали. На сегодняшний день уровень поддержки спорта по Челябинской области - и взрослого профессионального спорта, и детского спорта - ничем не хуже, чем в советские годы, а может, и лучше, – заявил Михаил Юревич. – Вся страна и вся область работает на то, чтобы защитить престиж страны на международном уровне. Бюджет несет серьезную нагрузку. Поэтому по всем видам спорта, если не будет результатов, придется делать кадровые выводы».
Челябинские журналисты также поинтересовались у губернатора ходом подготовки к Чемпионату Европы, который состоится в южноуральской столице в апреле будущего года. Михаил Юревич отметил, что город практически готов к этому важному мероприятию, а завершающая «обкатка» пройдет в ходе международного турнира по тхэквондо .

Губернатор поручил распространить опыт Челябинска на весь регион
Губернатор Челябинской области Михаил Юревич положительно оценил опыт партии «Единая Россия» по организации в Челябинске торговли овощами нового урожая по минимальным ценам.
В связи с этим Михаил Юревич дал поручение всем главам территорий региона организовать торговлю овощами для населения, обеспечив всем желающим производителям сельскохозяйственной продукции (в том числе индивидуальным подсобным хозяйствам) возможность продавать свою продукцию напрямую жителям Челябинской области.
«Люди должны иметь возможность закупить по максимально низким ценам картофель, лук, капусту, другую продукцию нового урожая. Главы городов и районов обязаны организовать торговлю и обеспечить всем производителям сельскохозяйственной продукции возможность продать ее не только на специально отведенных рынках, но и во дворах, рядом с садоводческими товариществами, вдоль транспортных магистралей. Одним словом, разрешить на месяц торговлю в местах, наиболее удобных для покупателей. Плату за организацию торговых мест не взимать!» - подчеркнул глава региона.

Михаил Юревич посетил сельхозвыставку в Екатеринбурге
Губернатор внимательно изучил экспозицию Челябинской области и отметил, что наши сельхозтоваропроизводители достойно представлены среди соседей по УрФО.
Он подчеркнул, что Челябинская область – самый развитый регион Урала в сфере сельского хозяйства. «Мы обладаем более чем 2 миллионами гектаров сельхозхозяйственных земель. В этом году зерновыми засеян 1 миллион 400 тысяч гектаров. Урожай хороший, надеемся, что погода позволит его убрать по графику», - выразил надежду Михаил Юревич. Глава региона добавил, что Южный Урал занимает сильные позиции в производстве мяса птицы и свинины.
«В регионе располагаются крупные предприятия пищевой индустрии. Это делает область одним из самых значимых центров переработки в стране, в том числе и мяса. Мы посетили стенд «Ромкор» - очень качественная продукция. Радует, что наши крупные бренды не локализованы, а присутствуют на всем Урале, в центре России и Москве. Мы немного слабее по производству молока, хотя обеспечиваем себя им на 85 процентов. Связано это с тем, что у нас засушливая территория и молоко не всегда выгодно производить», - рассказал сегодня губернатор.
По словам Михаила Юревича, сельское хозяйство Южного Урала развивается, осваиваются новые культуры, такие как твердая пшеница, подсолнечник, кукуруза, есть наработки по сое и рапсу.
Обозначил губернатор и проблему, с которой сталкиваются все российские фермеры: «Цена на пшеницу очень низкая - в районе трех тысяч рублей за тонну. Это ниже себестоимости. Все села страны сейчас ждут от Правительства Российской Федерации проведения в 2011 году закупочных зерновых интервенций. При этом минимальная цена для ведения расширенного производства должна составлять 4,5 – 5 тысяч рублей за тонну пшеницы».
Сразу после форума глав регионов УрФО ждут на совещании при полномочном представителе Президента РФ в УрФО Николае Винниченко. Оно коснется перспектив развития агропромышленного комплекса.

Главы уральских регионов обсудили вопросы продовольственной безопасности
После посещения второй межрегиональной агропромышленной выставки в Екатеринбурге Губернатор Челябинской области Михаил Юревич принял участие в заседании Совета по реализации приоритетных нацпроектов при полномочном представителе Президента РФ в УрФО. Помимо руководителей субъектов округа, в мероприятии участвовал заместитель министра сельского хозяйства РФ Александр Черногоров.
Темой заседания Совета стали меры по обеспечению продовольственной безопасности в субъектах РФ, входящих в УрФО.
Выступая на совещании, Михаил Юревич, в частности, констатировал: АПК региона в 2011 году развивался в условиях преодоления последствий прошлогодней засухи, когда недобор по зерну составил 53%, по картофелю – 40%, по овощам – 17% (к 2009 г.). При этом уровень самообеспеченности области хлебопродуктами по итогам 2010 года составил 105% (за счет закупок зерна из интервенционного фонда). За счет внешних поставок и продукции приусадебных хозяйств достаточной была обеспеченность картофелем и овощами.
По словам главы региона, для достижения индикативных показателей федеральной и областной программ Южный Урал эффективно использовал меры господдержки, в полном объеме были сформированы запасы кормов и семян. «В текущем году мы увеличили объемы субсидий на приобретение элитных семян, страхование урожая и мелиорацию. Дополнительно компенсируем часть затрат хозяйств на вовлечение в оборот залежных муниципальных сельхозугодий - не менее 20 тысяч гектаров. Полностью выплачиваются субсидии на погашение затрат по кредитам», - отметил Михаил Юревич.
Губернатор также озвучил участникам мероприятия ход реализации инвестпроектов в сельском хозяйстве региона, сложности с ростом объемов молочной продукции, планы по сбору урожая, заготовке сена и сенажа. Он остановился и на проблемах, которые испытывает Челябинская область в сельском хозяйстве. «Цены на зерно урожая 2011 года формируются в два раза ниже прошлогодних - 3 тысячи рублей за тонну против 6-7 тысяч. Поставки на экспорт нерентабельны из-за транспортной составляющей. Непомерно высоки цены на дизтопливо. На уровне Минсельхоза и Правительства РФ было согласовано, что Челябинская область на проведение уборочных работ получит дополнительно 31 тысячу тонн горючего. Но поставки до сих пор не начались, хотя 15 тысяч тонн топлива область должна была получить в августе. Просим ускорить решение данного вопроса, а также рассмотреть возможность проведения в 2011 году закупочных зерновых интервенций. Решение ценового вопроса становится ключевым фактором дальнейшего развития регионального АПК, рост в котором, несмотря на сложности, составил 103,1% к уровню прошлого года», - заключил глава региона.

Михаил Юревич встретился с журналистами Златоуста в преддверии Дня города
11 сентября Златоусту исполнится 257 лет. Накануне этой даты губернатор Челябинской области Михаил Юревич встретился с местными журналистами. Интервью длилось полтора часа, вопросы касались самых разных тем. Публикуем выдержки из высказываний главы региона.
О ЗЛАТОУСТЕ
- Из всех крупных городов Челябинской области Златоуст, пожалуй, самый запущенный. Тому много причин, главная – с советских времен денег на его благоустройство практически не выделялось. Двадцать с лишним лет. Все, что мы делаем сейчас – ломаем эту тенденцию. Во всех городах.
- Я вижу хорошие перспективы Златоуста, город хороший.
- Качество жизни в Златоусте сложится из нескольких факторов: дороги, медицина, благоустройство, детский спорт и филиалы ВУЗов. Последнее будет способно удержать молодых людей в территории. Особая ставка – на развитие высококонкурентных производств. С учетом месторасположения Златоуста, надеяться ему нужно на свои производственные силы. На собственных инвесторов.
- Модернизация здравоохранения в Златоусте будет масштабной. По этой программе городской округ получит более 400 млн. рублей на два года. На ремонты, оборудование, зарплаты, медикаменты. Внушительные деньги, способные повлиять на качество жизни.
- Когда я встречался с Владимиром Владимировичем Путиным, я обозначил проблему горнозаводской зоны – состояние федеральной трассы М-5. Моя просьба заключалась в увеличении темпов строительства на ней в пять раз. В этом году на трассу направлено почти два миллиарда рублей. Если увеличится финансирование в два раза – через два года нормальная трасса будет у Златоуста. Судя по последним заявлениям Правительства страны, такие шансы есть.
- Златоуст отнюдь не в первых рядах по уборке собственной территории. Вместе с тем, приезжаю – чисто. Интересно, если приезжать три раза в сезон, проблема исчезнет?
- Златоусту не хватает большого торгово-развлекательного комплекса, с кафе и кинозалами. Как я слышал, есть инвесторы, желающие этот проект реализовать.
О «ЕДИНОЙ РОССИИ»
- «Единую Россию» критикуют больше всего. В целом, в партии состоят ответственные люди: руководители предприятий, ведущие ученые, инженеры, врачи. Да, пользуясь тем, что партия правящая, в нее могут пробраться люди с не вполне чистой репутацией, но от них избавляются сразу же. На сегодняшний день я не вижу альтернативы «Единой России».
- «Добрые дела» партии «Единая Россия» - программа, которой реально не хватало муниципалитетам. Делаются все те мелочи, которые порой жизненно важны для людей. Суммы на это расходуются небольшие, зато решить удается многое. Главное в этом деле контроль, а у нас есть возможность проверить качество работ.
О ЧЕЛЯБИНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ
- Увидев, что губернатор и правительство направляют деньги на развитие муниципалитетов, некоторые главы начали заваливать просьбами – давайте здесь ДК подлатаем, он к нам в собственность перешел, здесь к больнице крыло пристроим. На финансирование всех подобных пожеланий нужно пятьдесят бюджетов области. Или больше. Поэтому я главам говорю – у вас дорог нет, газа и освещения нет, мусор лежит. Может, вы сначала с этим разберетесь?
- Областное правительство сейчас ведет тотальный контроль за предприятиями, попавшими в кризисную ситуацию. Я не допущу ни одного случая, чтобы действующий завод сдали в металлолом.
- Системе ЖКХ предстоит длительная отстройка. Прежде всего, это задача собственников жилья. Власти должны раз в год выпускать специальные брошюры для жителей своих городов и районов, из которых люди должны понять, что управляющие компании обязаны для них делать. Нужно менять менталитет собственника. Вы сами нанимаете УК и им платите.
- Я сторонник частных предприятий, которые работают в высококонкурентной среде, будь это бытовая техника, или работа с металлом. Государственное предприятие в такой среде либо разорится, либо его разворуют. Первоклассное производство получится только в жесткой конкурентной борьбе.
- Я ставлю амбициозные задачи по каждому городу, чтобы Челябинская область была одной из лучших в стране. Думаете, что когда меня избрали мэром Челябинска, в нем все было хорошо? Он ничем не отличался от Златоуста, дороги были, как после войны. Потом начались постепенно ремонты дорог. Попадаешь на новый участок и минуты три за рулем отдыхаешь, потом снова выбоины. Сейчас попало колесо в яму – уже чрезвычайное происшествие для Челябинска.

Михаил Юревич поставил задачи хоккеистам ХК «Трактор»
В воскресенье состоялась предсезонная беседа главы региона с игроками и руководством клуба, на которой также присутствовали первый вице-губернатор Олег Грачев и министр спорта и туризма Юрий Серебренников. Губернатор Михаил Юревич обозначил челябинским хоккеистам задачи на предстоящий сезон.
«В этом году подобрался оптимальный состав. Команда смотрится по-другому. Таких сильных игроков в «Тракторе» не было больше 10 лет. Город ждет побед от вас. Все вы – профессионалы высочайшего уровня. Многие из вас будут игроками сборной. Подобран сильный тренерский состав. На сегодняшний день в «Тракторе» созданы все условия для того, чтобы клуб играл сильно, мощно, удачно, радовал болельщиков. Мы хотим, чтобы жители Челябинской области вами гордились», - напутствовал губернатор.
Он поставил перед игроками и тренерами задачи на престоящий сезон.
«Конечно, максимальная задача - дойти до финала. Но надо быть реалистами, клубов сильных много. Наша цель – занять такое место в турнирной таблице, чтобы соперник в плей-оффе попался наименее сильный, который будет легче взять. Для этого нужно как можно выше идти по турнирной таблице. И, соответственно, пройти круг или два. В принципе, если сравнивать с другими командами, в теории у вас шансы очень большие. Я желаю вам побед, чтобы ваше мастерство было реализовано полностью».
Михаил Юревич особо выделил и вопросы лечения хоккеистов. По его словам, спортсмены могут сами находить врачей или лечиться у проверенных специалистов. Клуб оплатит все расходы.
«Мы считаем, что здоровье спортсмена нужно сохранить. И уровень спортивной медицины должен быть на высоте», – подчеркнул глава региона.
Кроме того, руководству клуба поручено подобрать новую, улучшенную базу для тренировки хоккеистов.
В связи с трагедией в Ярославле глава региона коснулся и безопасности перелета спортсменов. Он сообщил, что будет решен вопрос, чтобы хоккеисты летали на более безопасных самолетах.
«Такие самолеты, как ТУ-134 и ЯК-42, которым более 20 лет, на сегодняшний день опасны и , скорее всего, уже неприемлемы», – сказал Михаил Юревич.
В завершение встречи «белые медведи» подарили губернатору в качестве сувенира символические коньки. Глава региона пообещал по мере возможности бывать на всех домашних матчах клуба.

Governor Affirms Growth of Machine Building Sector in Chelyabinsk Region
At the outdoors of “Tractor” Ice Arena Mikhail Yurevich inaugurated the exhibition “Urals Machine Builders to Home City”.
The exposition showcases production of the leading machine building companies of Chelyabinsk city, Chelyabinsk region and the Urals Federal District. Among exhibits there are new products of 2011 and serial products: bulldozers, dump trucks, cranes, trailers, graders, machinery for various industrial sectors and other equipment produced by our fellow-regionmen.
Mikhail Yurevich went round the exhibition and attentively examined all the exhibits. A representative of Ural Siberian Fire Fighting Engineering Company handed over a gift certificate to the Region Governor for a modern fire-fighting special purpose vehicle worth 10 million roubles. According to the Governor, this modern truck is up to the world standards. In the nearest future the truck shall be delivered to one of the fire stations located in the territory of the region. Upon inspection of the exhibition Mikhail Yurevich stated – the machine building sector shows growth having reached the pre-crisis level. ”Production of the machine building industry is wanted today, it competes with the products of Europe and China. In the Soviet years most people were employed in the industry. The industry’s potential is very high, workers of our region know how to work with metal. We need to manufacture wanted products, today I’ve seen them at the exhibition”, - Yurevich noted.
The exhibition was organized by the multifunctional service center for the Chelyabinsk region enterprises – union of the leading machine building companies of South Ural founded in 2009 on the initiative of the regional Ministry of for participation of our enterprise in the project “Ural Industrial – Ural Polar”.
Within the Exhibition Program round tables are organized on the following topics: “Issues of the Chelyabinsk region machine building industry”, “Import Substitution”, “Participation of the Chelyabinsk region enterprises in the project “Ural Industrial – Ural Polar”.

Mikhail Yurevich Organizes «Debriefing» at Judo Olympic Training Center
Chelyabinsk region Governor alleged necessity to replace sportsmen and coaches who had proved to be a broken reed.
The region head arrived at the center with the mission to personally present a certificate for an apartment in the new residential compound of Chelyabinsk “Parkowy” to Denis Yartsev, the gold winner of the 26th World Summer Universiade. His coach Viktor Moseychuk also received an appreciation award and cash prize from the hands of the Governor.
Afterwards Mikhail Yurevich addressed his appeal to sportsmen and coaches gathered in the Center. The Governor sternly accentuated his dissatisfaction with performance of Chelyabinsk judoists at the World Championship in Paris. ”Not only in judo, but in all sports we shall demand results proportionate to investments from the budget. At present the budgetary authorities are doing everything in their power, all our leading sportsmen receive stipends”, - the Region Head noted.
“Our country spends considerable money on sports. It is prestigious to defend the honor of the country. But we want our sportsmen not only to represent the team but to win medals. Today the level of support to the sports sector in Chelyabinsk region, both adult professionals and children’s sports, is not any worse than that in the Soviet years, and probably even better, –Mikhail Yurevich stated. – The entire country and the entire region are working hard to defend the prestige of the county at the international level. The budget is carrying a considerable burden. That’s why if in any sport we don’t see the results we’ll be forced to make decisions for personnel replacement”.
Chelyabinsk journalists questioned the Governor about the course of training for the European Championship to take place in the capital of the South Ural areа next April. Mikhail Yurevich noted that the city is virtually prepared for the important event and the final “shakedown” will be conducted during the international tournament of Taekwondo.

Governor Orders to Spread Practice of Chelyabinsk in Entire Region
The Governor of Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich positively appreciated the practice of “United Russia” party in organizing trade of new season crop vegetables at minimal prices.
In this connection Mikhail Yurevich instructed all the heads of territories to organize trade of vegetables for the populace, making it possible for all producers of agricultural goods (including personal subsidiary plot owners) to sell their products directly to the Chelyabinsk region residents.
“It should be possible for people to lay in potato, onion, cabbage, and other new season crop products at prices as low as possible. The heads of towns and districts are obliged to organize trade and make it possible for all producers of agricultural goods to sell their products not only at the designated places, but also in the yards, places beside the horticultural associations, along the main traffic arteries. In a phrase, permit trade in places convenient for buyers. Don’t take rent for shopping places!” – emphasized the region head.

Mikhail Yurevich Visits Agricultural Exhibition in Yekaterinburg
The Governor thoroughly examined the exposition of Chelyabinsk region and admitted that our producers of agricultural goods were commentably represented among the neighboring district of the Urals Federal District.
He emphasized that Chelyabinsk region is the best-developed territory in the Urals in the field of agriculture. “We have over 2 million hectares of farm lands. This year 1 million 400 thousand hectares were sown with grain crops. The crop is good, let’s hope the weather does allow us reap the harvest according to the schedule”, - Mikhail Yurevich expressed his hope. The region head added that the South Ural stands strong in production of poultry and pork.
“The region hosts big producers of food industry. It makes the region one of the most important processing centers in the country. In meat industry as well. We have visited the stand of Romcor company – products of very high quality they make. Glad that our large-scale brands are not localized but dispersed over the Urals, center of Russia and Moscow. Our position in dairy production is weaker, though we provide the region with 85 per cent of milk. But this is because of our arid land and dairy production is not always profitable.” - the Governor said today.
According to Mikhail Yurievich, the rural economy of South Ural is developing, new crops, for example, durum wheat, sunflower, corn, are cultivated, the groundwork for growing soya and rape has been founded.
The Governor also indicated the problem all Russian farmers encounter: “The price of corn is very low – about three thousand roubles per ton. This is below the cost price. In all villages of the country people are waiting for grain intervention from the Government in 2011. Then the minimal price for introduction of expanded production should make 4.5 – 5 thousand roubles per ton of wheat”.

Heads of Urals Regions Discuss Issues of Food Security
After his visit to the second interregional agricultural exhibition in Yekaterinburg the Governor of Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich took part in the meeting of the Council for implementation of priority national projects under the Russian Presidential Envoy to the Urals Federal District. Besides the officials of the district subjects the deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Chernogorov participated in the event.
Provision of food safety in the RF subjects included in the Urals Federal District became the topic of the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Mikhail Yurevich in particular stated: in 2011 the agricultural sector of the region has been developing in the environment of overcoming the aftermaths of the last year drought when the shortage of crop made 53% for grain, 40% for potato and 17% for vegetables (if compared with 2009 data). Meanwhile the level of the region’s self-sufficiency in breadstuff for 2010 amounted to 105% (due to procurement of grain stock from the investment fund). Owing to external vendor procurement and personal subsidiary plots production provision of the region with potato and vegetables was sufficient.
According to the region head, in order to reach the indicative indices of the federal and national programs South Ural efficiently had made use of the governmental support measures and laid in stores of fodder and seeds. “In the current year we have increased subsidies for purchase of pedigree seeds, crop insurance and land improvement. Additionally we indemnify the farms against costs of exploiting fallow lands of not less than 20 thousand hectares. Grants for payment of borrowing costs are paid in full,” - Mikhail Yurevich noted.
The Governor also voiced the progress of implementing investment projects in the agricultural sector of the territory, complications in increasing dairy production, crop harvesting agenda, laying-in of fodder and haylage. He dwelled upon difficulties Chelyabinsk region is experiencing in the agricultural sector. “The prices of 2011 grain crop are half of the last year prices - 3 thousand roubles per ton against 6-7 thousand roubles. Export deliveries are unprofitable because of transportation costs. The prices of diesel fuel are excessively high. It was agreed at the level of the RF Ministry of Agriculture and Government that Chelyabinsk region would receive additional 31 tons of fuel for the harvesting campaign. But the deliveries have not started yet, though the region was to receive 15 thousand tons of fuel in August. We ask you to accelerate resolution of this problem and consider possibility of grain purchase interventions in 2011. Resolution of the price issue becomes the key factor for further development of the region’s agricultural sector, where the growth has reached 103.1% of the last year level despite the difficulties,” – the region head concluded.

Mikhail Yurevich Meets Zlatoust Pressmen on the Threshold of City Day
On September 11 Zlatoust shall turn 257. On the eve of the date the Governor of Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich held a question-answer meeting with the local pressmen. The interview took an hour and a half, questions on all kind of topics were raised. Below you will find a short summary.
ABOUT ZLATOUST
- Of all the big towns of Chelyabinsk region Zlatoust is in the most neglected condition in a way. There are many causes for that, the main one is that since the Soviet times finances have not been allocated for its improvement. For over twenty years. Everything that we are doing now is to break the tendency. In all the towns.
- I see the good prospects of Zlatoust, this is a nice town.
- The quality of life in Zlaroust will be predetermined by several factors: roads, medical aid, territory improvement, children’s sports and branches of higher educational establishments. The latter will help to retain young people in the territory. We shall stake on highly competitive productions. Subject to the location Zlatoust should count on its own production capabilities. On its own investors.
- Modernization of healthcare in Zlatoust will be of large-scale. Within the program the town precinct will receive 400 million roubles for two years. Impressive amount which can have positive influence on the quality of life.
- When I had a meeting with Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, I specified the problem of the mining zone – that is the state of the federal highway М-5. My request was to increase the pace of construction in the industry fivefold. This year almost two thousand million roubles have been assigned for the highway. If the financing doubles Zlatoust will have a normal highway in two years. Judging from the recent declarations of the Government we have a chance.
- Zlatoust is by no means on the frontline in territory cleaning. However, wherever I come the town is clean. I wonder if I come three times every season, will the problem vanish?
- Zlatoust lacks a big shopping and entertaining complex with cafes and movie theaters. As I know there are investors willing to implement the project.
ABOUT “UNITED RUSSIA”
- “United Russia” is criticized more than any other party. In general there are responsible people in its membership: company executives, leading scientists, engineers, doctors. Of course as it is the governing party, people with questionable reputation might get in but we get rid of them right away. Today I see no alternative to “United Russia”.
- “Good Deeds” of “United Russia” is a program the municipality really needed. The program covers all the petty details that are essential for common people. We do not spend big amounts but we succeed in solving many problems. The most important factor is control and we have resources to carry on control over the quality of works.
ABOUT CHELYABINSK REGION
- Having seen that the Governor and the Government allocate resources for development of municipalities several officials started swamping with requests – let’s fix the recreation center here, let’s build an extension to the hospital there. Financing of all such desires will eat fifty budgets of the region. Or even more. That’s why I say to the executives you have no roads, no gas, no lighting, only garbage. Probably, you should fix it first, would you?
- The Region Government has a choke hold on enterprises in trouble. I won’t tolerate discard of any operating enterprise.
- Housing and communal system is faced with long rehabilitation. First of all, this is the task of the property owners. Once a year the town authorities are obliged to publish dedicated booklets for the resident of their towns and districts, where they can learn what exactly managing companies have to do for them. We need to change the owner’s mentality. You are the one who hires a managing company and you are the one who pays.
- I am a supporter of private companies, working in highly competitive environment, be it household appliances production or working with metal. State companies would either go bankrupt or plundered. First-class production grows only in tough competition.
- I set ambitious goals for each town, so that Chelyabinsk region becomes the best in the country. Do you believe when I was elected the Mayor of Chelyabinsk, everything was fine there? It was in no way different from Zlatoust, the roads were ruined. We started gradual road repairs. Driving on the repaired part of road was some three minutes rest up to the next pothole. Now it becomes an extraordinary event for Chelyabinsk if a wheel drops into a deep hole.

Mikhail Yurevich Assigns Tasks to “Tractor” Ice Hockey Team
On Sunday the region head held a pre-season meeting with the hokey-players and management of the club, Oleg Grachiov, the first vice-governor, and Yuri Serebrennikov, the Minister of Sports and Tourism, also attended the meeting. The Governor Mikhail Yurevich assigned tasks to the hokey-players for the forthcoming season.
“This year an excellent team has formed. The team looks different. “Tractor” did not have such strong players for over 10 years. The city expects victory from you. All of you are professionals of the highest level. Many of you are to make into the national team. We have a strong coach team. Today in “Tractor” you have all the favorable conditions to make a powerful, vigorous, successful game, to give joy to your fans. We want you make the residents of Chelyabinsk region proud of you”, - the Governor encouraged the team.
He assigned tasks to the players and coaches for the forthcoming season.
“Definitely, the aim is the reach the finals. But we should keep to the ground, there are many strong clubs. Our task is to take such place in the draw that a rival in play-off was the weakest and easy to beat. For this we need to reach as high in the draw as possible. And naturally get through a round or two. In principle, if compared to other teams, theoretically your chance to win is very high. I wish you victory and to demonstrate your skills in full”.
Mikhail Yurevich spoke on medical treatment for hockey-players. According to him, sportsmen could chose doctors on their own, receive treatment from the trustworthy specialists. The club should cover their expense.
”We believe it is very important to preserve sportsman’s health. And the level of sports medicine should be on the proper level”, – the region head emphasized.
Besides, the team management was instructed to find a new and better training center for the hockey-players.
In connection with the tragedy in Yaroslavl the region head mentioned flights safety. He announced that a decision for safer airplanes shall be made for flights of hockey-players.
“Such airplanes as 20-year-old ТU-134 and YAK-42 are dangerous today and must be inadmissible”, – said Mikhail Yurevich.
In conclusion of the meeting “the White Bears” gave the Governor a symbolic pair of skates as a souvenir. The region head promised to attend home games as often as he can.
