I began studying Spanish in 1988.

I read, write, and speak Spanish constantly to keep my skills sharp.

I am looking for work as a translator, editor or proofreader from Spanish into English.

I also speak Japanese, and I am working on JLPT level 1 at the moment.

I train traditional Japanese martial arts (Koryu)here in Japan.

I travel and read in my free time.

I have lived in Japan for over 10 years.

As languages have always been of interest to me, I have studied various other languages such as Portuguese, French, Italian, Latin, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Norwegian both at the University of Arizona and later in my free time at home.
