How may I apply a carriage return to the segment I am translating in Trados?

Hello, I know this is a very basic question, but sadly I don't know how to do this.
I press Ctrl + Enter to confirm the segment. Okay.
But what I want is to insert a carriage return, that is staying in the same segment but moving down

Instead saying this inside the segment...

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Nunc sit amet facilisis neque, in facilisis magna.

I need the segment have a carriage returns...

If I understand your question correctly, try pressing the Shift and Enter keys simultaneously

Windows or Unix type? Jun 8, 2017

You can see both types of line breaks in sdlxliff files. We normally expect to see Windows type CR LF but then there is a 99% fuzzy match and I know it is a Unix line break, LF. I sometimes feel Studio was developed by someone who hates translators.
