Unable to update TM with a txml file

Hello experts,

I have a licensed version of Wordfast 3.4.5. I translated a big file by using Wordfast by creating a new TM. After, I finished the job, I tried to update my main TM by opening this file and clicking "Commit all segments to TM" but the main TM is not updated with the segments of this file. I even tried to update main TM by clicking each and every segment of this big file till the end of file but in vain.

Further, there are four options in Memory Preferences:

256 MB/512 MB/1024 MB/1470 MB. I have selected 1470 MB. What is the significance and purpose of this feature?

TM List Feb 19, 2017

Press Ctrl+Shift+N and check if your local TM is selected in the list and that the relevant box in the Read-Only column is unticked. Confirm segments by pressing Alt+Down or Ctrl+Alt+End to commit all segments to TM.

I believe that 512 MB will do for most projects. It's the amount of memory Wordfast Pro will use when running.
