Hi! I would like to purchase the training, however I wil be abroad during the hours it will be taking place. Is it possible for me to purchase it and watch it later that evening or on another day? If so, how would I be able to access it?

I am afraid, three hour online certification sessions on SDL Trados are not recorded. You may wish to register for a session convenient for you and attend it live, http://www.proz.com/translator-training/topic/sdl-trados-certified

I am interested in purchasing this course, however, I have just upgraded to Windows 10. I think it's pretty much similar to Windows 8. Could I attend the course anyway? Thank you in advanced,

Hello Gloria,
At this time Windows 10 is compatible but not supported by GoToWebinar training platform. In other words, all should work fine but you can recheck if all works fine by attending a free session at www.proz.com/translator-training/format/free-webinars and see how if goes.

You should find materials and exams available in your sdl.com account. Please follow the below instructions to access them:
Log onto your SDL My Account area on the following link:- https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/certification/certification.aspx and go to the Certification and Training area, where you will find the Workbook and sample files for you to download. You will also find 3 attempts at your exam which can be taken at any time online, and will not expire.
If you cannot locate training materials at sdl.com, please submit a support request at http://www.proz.com/support/ and let us know an email address associated with your sdl.com account. This will help us to look further into the issue. Thanks!
