Wordfast Pro is an application installed on someone's computer. I don't think the term "down" applies to it.

Aren't you confusing it with Wordsfast Anywhere?

Indeed: what is down? And what have you been trying? What version of Wordfast Pro are you using, and on what platform (Windows, Mac...)?

Assuming it's not starting, have you tried rebooting your computer and uninstalling/reinstalling Wordfast Pro?

Have you contacted tech support (hotline)? You can do so from your account at wordfast.net (log in > contact the hotline).
