Just thought it may be useful: rather than a stopwatch, I use a small software called "TimeStamp" and which can be downloaded from this link:
http://time-stamp.software.informer.com/
Very easy to learn to use it and directly installed on the computer, one click to stop and start the time. Can be used to generate reports as well.
