Good day! I have used OmegaT to translate a basic website and am currently working on the invoice. The issue is - I have been given different charge to use for fuzzy matches, 100% internal matches etc, but I just can't figure out how to use the statistics. The general statistics report shows the whole word count, with no breakdown. The match statistics report shows all of the matches as 'exact'... To estimate the work to be done, you have to do the statistics in a new project, including a TMX is one was provided. If none was provided, there will not be any fuzzy matches. Hi Didier, Thank you for your reply! As there are some bits of code that will remain untranslated, is there anyway of getting more accurate statistics at the end to ensure that the client only pays for the text translations? | | | Didier Briel France Local time: 12:54 English to French + ... The statistics of the finished project contains the words remaining (as long as the whole segment containing them is not translated), so you can know the number of words actually translated.
