Neither worbench nor Tag editor able to clean up file

I was supplied with a TTX file from a company. It should clean up to a doc. file.

I have my TTX file on the desktop together with the TM. When I try to clean it, Workbench or Tag Editor process the cleaning and at post-processing, both say:

Unable to locate the original file C:\User\KM\Desktop\file name.doc

Does anybody have any ideas, please?

It won't if the company hasn't supplied you with the original doc, or if it is in another file path. Maybe they just want the bilingual ttx file delivered?
