Unable to see the project file in OmegaT

HI,
I am learning to use OmegaT 2.0.5 update 4 but I've been unable to maximise or see the project file, the one I have to translate in the editing pane (unlike the glossary and fuzzy matches boxes which are maximised).
Both Omega T and Openoffice are installed in Spanish, but I followed the installation process in English (would that be the problem?). I say this because I read that "If the Editing pane is empty, the language of your Windows installation isprobably not English and O

HI,

I say this because I read that "If the Editing pane is empty, the language of your Windows installation isprobably not English and OmegaT does not have an Instant Start tutorial in your language".
Thank you for any help.

Are you sure you have a document OmegaT can recognize in the /source folder of the project?

Both Omega T and Openoffice are installed in Spanish, but I followed the installation process in English (would that be the problem?).

Just to be sure: you can use Options/Restore Main Window (Opciones/Restaurar ventana principal).

There is a Spanish Instant Start, so it should be displayed when you start OmegaT.

Yes, tell us what the source document's file extension is.

the file is there but can't maximise it Sep 19, 2010

Hi there,
Thank you for your replies!
The file is .odt I know the file is recognized because the name of it is at the bottom next to dictionary and google translate so I dont know how to maximise it or see it.
I couldnt find options/restore main window...
The instant start is not displayed anymore. Only the first time I installed it, so that space is empty.
Thank you again.
