Trados client cannot read document done in Wordfast

Hello,
I work with Wordfast classic. When I send my uncleaned Wordfast document to my client, she can only see the target text and not the source text (she uses Trados). She needs the bilingual document to update her TM.
She's tried with different versions of Word, tried to do CTRL + comma but it does not work.
Is there anything I should do on my end so she can read it?
Thank you in advance for your help. Caro

If the shortcut does not work (depends on the active template), guide your client to the Options/Preferences menu and set the view in there.
Anyway, may sure you can see the hidden segments (source). If you can, then the file is correctly prepared. If you can only see the target segments, the file was accidentally cleaned up and you would need to retranslate it (easy to do with the Auto-translated button, 5th in the WF toolbar).

Did the client click on the paragraph mark in the Word toolbar?

Daniel,
I can see both source and target texts in my document so I sent the uncleaned and correct file. It must be a problem on their end.
I will give these instructions to my client and see if it works.
Thank you very much Daniel.
Have a great day. Caro

To update TM in Trados

As far as I know, she doesn't actually need to open the file in Trados to update the TM. The option to update the TM (or rather the option to clean up, where the option to update the TM is present) has a selection list where the user can add documents to be cleaned, even if those documents are not open in Trados itself. Well, this advice I give here applies to TTX, so I assume it must apply to uncleaned RTF as well.
