Pricing for Swedish translations

I'm new in the freelancing business and a big translation company asked me how much I charge. And I have no idea what is considered being reasonable. How much can I charge for English-Swe and Italian-Swe translations? I have 4 years of experience as an employee in a translation agency. Also, how much can I charge per hour for proofreading etc. Thank you in advance!

There you can see averages, which are generally a bit on the low side (considering global influences and old profiles...) but it should give you an idea...
