I have a degree in Romanian and English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Letters in the town of Brasov, Romania. The degree allows me both to teach and to translate into and from the English language.
I have translated documents from various fields, ranging from birth certificates or criminal records to bartending courses.
I have translated articles for the Department of Marketing and Economic Informatics of the Faculty of Economics in the town of Brasov, Romania.
In 2006 I started working part-time for a medical research company for which I translated documents related to clinical research trials.
Between 2008 and 2010 I have worked full time at this company as a translator, interpreter and proofreader.
As I have obtained a CELTA I am also a qualified teacher of English as a second language.
I have experience in teaching General English, Business English and English for Cambridge exams. I have been teaching both children and adults. I have taught in the Czech Republic and I am currently teaching in Australia.
As of November 2013 I am an IELTS clerical marker at the University of Western Sydney IELTS test centre in Sydney, Australia.
