Source text - English Η τοιχοποιία σε όλη την επιφάνεια της κατασκευάζεται με το τρισδιάστατο δομικό στοιχείο 3Δ-πάνελ», με ενσωματωμένη μόνωση, και συμπληρώνεται δια εκτοξεύσεως ενισχυμένου τσιμεντοκονιάματος, και από τις δυο πλευρές, συνολικού πάχους 45 -50 mm από την κάθε πλευρά, με προδιαγραφές που υπερκαλύπτουν τις απαιτήσεις θερμομόνωσης, ηχομόνωσης και πυρασφάλειας τόσο των Ελληνικών αλλά και των διεθνών σχετικών κανονισμών.
Το τρισδιάστατο δομικό πλέγμα 3Δ-πάνελ συντίθεται από δυο παράλληλα πλέγματα τα οποία αποτελούνται από οριζόντιες και κατακόρυφες ράβδους οπλισμού Φ3.0 / S.500 συγκολλημένες μεταξύ τους ανά 6,25 cm προς όλες τις κατευθύνσεις.
Τα δυο πλέγματα συγκρατούνται παράλληλα μεταξύ τους με συγκολλημένες σε αυτά δισδιαγώνιες ράβδους (64 τεμάχια ανά m2 πλέγματος) οπλισμού Φ3.0 / S 500.
Στο ενδιάμεσο μεταξύ των πλεγμάτων παράλληλο προς αυτό επίπεδο, προβλέπεται ενσωματωμένη, κατά την παραγωγή πλάκα αυτοσβηνόμενης διογκωμένης πολυστερίνης των 18kg/m3 πάχους 12cm για την εξωτερική τοιχοποιία της ανωδομής και 5cm για την εσωτερική, η οποία είναι διαπερασμένη από τις δισδιαγώνιες ράβδους και έτσι είναι ασφαλώς συγκρατημένη παράλληλα προς τα πλέγματα σε ελεγχόμενη απόσταση από αυτά.
Δηλαδή, θα χρησιμοποιηθούν οι παρακάτω τύποι των δομικών στοιχείων 3Δ-πάνελ: P160/120/Φ3.0 για την εξωτερική τοιχοποιία της ανωδομής και P80/50/Φ3.0 για την εσωτερική .
Το πάχος των εξωτερικών τοίχων είναι περίπου 22cm, των δε εσωτερικών περίπου 14cm, με τα τελικά επιχρίσματα.
Ο αρμός μεταξύ της τοιχοποιίας και του φέροντος οργανισμού από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα (κολόνες -δοκοί), καλύπτεται με πρόσθετα πλέγματα σιδήρου που με την εκτόξευση του τσιμεντοκονιάματος δημιουργούν μια μονολιθική κατασκευή, με αυξημένη αντισεισμική προστασία.
Στην περίπτωση κατασκευής Πετρόκτιστου σπιτιού η CIVENCO κτίζει την πέτρα στον τοίχο με τρόπο που εξασφαλίζει την άριστη ενσωμάτωση της στο σύνολο της τοιχοποιίας, συνεργαζόμενη ακόμα και με τις μεταλλικές κολόνες και δοκούς του σκελετού.
Συγκεκριμένα χρησιμοποιώντας κυλιόμενο μεταλλότυπο κτίζει και δεν επενδύει απλά την πέτρα, συνδέοντας με ανοξείδωτες λάμες το ισχυρό τσιμεντοκονίαμα του χτισίματος με τα πλέγματα του 3Δ πάνελ και τα μεταλλικά μέρη του σκελετού.
Συγκεκριμένα χρησιμοποιώντας κυλιόμενο μεταλλότυπο κτίζει και δεν επενδύει απλά την πέτρα, συνδέοντας με ανοξείδωτες λάμες το ισχυρό τσιμεντοκονίαμα του χτισίματος με τα πλέγματα του 3Δ πάνελ και τα μεταλλικά μέρη του σκελετού.
Αυτός ο τρόπος κατασκευής έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα την ισχυρή συμμετοχή της τοιχοποιίας από πάνελ και πέτρα στην προηγμένη αντισεισμική συμπεριφορά του κτηρίου.
Translation - Greek The whole surface of the masonry is built with the three-dimensional structural element 3D panel, with integral insulation completed with the gunning of reinforced grout on both sides 45-50 mm thick each one, according to specifications which thoroughly meet the demands of thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire safety of both Greek and international regulations.
The three-dimensional structural 3D panel mesh consists of two pieces of parallel mesh with horizontal and vertical rebars F3.0/S.500, welded with each other every 6.25 cm in all directions.
Both pieces of mesh are held together, parallel to each other, with two-diagonal rebars F3.0 / S 500 ( 64 pieces per m2 of mesh), welded on them .
In the middle of the mesh parallel level, there is an integral plate of self-extinguished polystyrene foam 18 kg/m3 and 12 cm thick for the external masonry of the superstructure and 5 cm for the internal one, which is fixed at the production stage and is penetrated with two-diagonal bars. It is, therefore safely held in parallel with both pieces of mesh and at a controlled distance from them.
In other words, the following types of structural elements 3D panel will be used: P160/120/F3.0 for the external masonry of the superstructure and P80/50/F3.0 for the internal one.
The external walls are approximately 22 cm thick and the internal ones 14 cm, the last coating included.
The open joint between the masonry and the bearing structure of reinforced concrete (piles - beams) is covered with additional steel mesh which, in combination with the gunite, creates a monolithic structure with increased antiseismic protection.
If a Stone house is to be built, CIVENCO builds the stone on the wall in such a way that it ensures its excellent incorporation in the masonry and interaction even with the metal piles and beams of the framing.
More specifically, using a cantilever forming traveler, CIVENCO does not just covers the walls with stone, but it builds the stone connecting, by means of stainless flat bars, the reinforced building grout with the 3D panel mesh and the metal parts of the framing.
As a result, the panel-stone masonry ensures the building's advanced antiseismic behavior.
