Bio
Experience:
16 years of experience as an interpreter and translator for a U.S. State court.

Duties:
Manage statewide judicial branch's translation operations overseeing requests for translations. Oversee the translation efforts of approximately twenty-five interpreters who have been certified by the Center for Language Access in the Courts. Duties include assigning, editing, proof-reading translations, as well as tracking the work to its completion. These translation requests include, but are not limited to, court-related evidentiary items and numerous forms, brochures, web pages, etc.

Additional Experience: Transcription/translation of forensic recordings, medical reports

Interpreting experience: Clinical consultations (psychological evaluations), court proceedings (civil and criminal trials, depositions, interviews), expert witness testimony (language-related issues), etc.
