I am a qualified freelance translator - UK native - based at home in Abingdon-on-Thames in Oxfordshire. I take pride in producing accurate, high quality translations and in always meeting the required deadlines.

I have an honours degree in Translation and Interpreting (German and French) from the University of Bradford, England and have also worked overseas in Germany and in France.

After graduating, I gained significant business experience in sales/marketing and logistics within the hotel, chemical, plastics and materials handling industries. I moved back into translation in 2001 and have since translated for many well-known international organisations. My translation work includes websites, brochures, manuals, marketing leaflets, press releases and general correspondence - in fact anything that presents itself, both large and small. I have excellent general translation skills, however have particular expertise in logistics and the industries mentioned above because of my employment history.

I work with Trados Studio 2011, Across and most common software packages.

I can provide excellent references should they be required.
