The proposed settlements represents a compromise of the issue and nature and extent of the injuries medical care and is intended to be a full final and complete settlement of any and all issues arising from said accident.
In compliance with xxx defendants state that they have paid a total of $xxx for medical care in 2010.
Based on the disputed issues discussed above, the parties agree that the proposed settlement is adequate to compensate the claimant for the effects of the industrial injuries. Claimant further stipulates that the settlement is not obtained under duress.

گفتگو نموده ابرازداشت که از رهگذر قچاق این سرمایه هاى ملى به وسیله مافیایى بین المللى سخت نگران است :
" چیزى که ما,راستى نگران هستم همین حیات وحش است که در لست آوردیم .دیگر اینکه آثار تاریخى افغانستان قاچاق مى شود ,بعض وقت توسط عیر افغان صورت می گیرد

On Sunday, August 9th, in a press conference in Kabul, Sharzadeh Mostafa Zahir, public head of the National Department of Afghanistan Environment, discussed the public problems in the field of environment, wildlife threats, and the negligence of the authorities about the risks of birds, plants, and endangered species’ environment corruption.
He expressed that he is extremely concerned about the smuggling of these national resources through the international mafia:
