Source text - Polish W ciągu najbliższych 20 lat wielkość światowej gospodarki mierzona
wskaźnikiem PKB może się podwoić. To dobra wiadomość, pod warunkiem że dalszy rozwój wesprze nabierająca rozpędu zielona rewolucja technologiczna.
Najbliższe dwie dekady będą dla ludzkości szczególnym okresem pod każdym względem. W tym czasie ukształtuje się nowy ład geopolityczny. I w tym dwudziestoleciu ludzie muszą zdecydować o sposobach dalszego rozwoju. Można nie zmieniać nic i żyć dalej tak jak dzisiaj –nieefektywnie zużywając ropę, gaz, węgiel po to, by zaspokajać rosnące potrzeby konsumpcyjne coraz większej liczby ludzi. Ta niewyczerpana pasja konsumpcji zapewni, że mimo chwilowych kryzysów nadal, przynajmniej w perspektywie 2030 r., gospodarka będzie się rozwijać. Eksperci OECD, klubu zrzeszającego najbardziej rozwinięte kraje świata, szacują, że światowy PKB w 2030 r. osiągnie wartość o 99 proc. wyższą od dzisiejszej.
Translation - Spanish En los próximos 20 años, el volumen de la economía mundial podría crecer hasta duplicar su PIB. Es una buena noticia, siempre y cuando este desarrollo futuro impulse a su vez la revolución verde tecnológica que ya viene cobrando impulso.
Las próximas dos décadas marcarán a la humanidad en todos los aspectos. En este tiempo, se creará un nuevo orden geopolítico. A su vez, en este periodo la población deberá decidir sobre las distintas formas que adoptará el desarrollo futuro. Se puede no cambiar nada y seguir viviendo como lo hacemos hoy: utilizando petróleo, gas y carbón de forma ineficiente para satisfacer las crecientes necesidades de cada vez más consumidores. Esta pasión ilimitada por consumir garantiza que, pese a posibles crisis temporales, la economía seguirá creciendo, al menos hasta 2030.

I am a freelance translator, localiser and proofreader (from English, Polish and Russian into Catalan or Spanish). Since 2010 I offer translation and proofreading services to several translation agencies, companies and individual customers in Poland, Russia, Spain and United Kingdom.
I hold a degree in Slavic Philology (University of Barcelona) and in Advertising and Public Relations (Autonomous University of Barcelona). I also hold a master's degree in Applied Linguistics and Language Acquisition (University of Barcelona) and a master's degree in Translation and New Technologies (ISTRAD). In addition, I have completed several training courses on professional proofreading, computer-assisted translation tools and teaching of Spanish as a foreign language.
