The urinary bladder, or the bladder, is a hollow organ present in the pelvis. Most of it lies behind the pubic bone of the pelvis but when full it can extend up into the lower part of the abdomen. Its primary function is to store urine that drains into it from the kidney through tube-like structures called the ureters. The ureters from both the kidneys open into the urinary bladder. The bladder forms a low-pressure reservoir which gradually stretches out as urine fills into it. In males, the prostate gland is located adjacent to the base of the bladder where urethra joins the bladder. From time to time, the muscular wall of the bladder contracts to expel urine through the urinary passage (urethra) into the outside world.
What are the layers of the bladder?
The bladder consists of three layers of tissue. The innermost layer of the bladder which comes into contact with the urine stored inside the bladder is called the "mucosa" and consists of several layers of specialized cells called "transitional cells," which are almost exclusively found in the urinary system of the body. These same cells also form the inner lining of the ureters, kidneys, and a part of the urethra. These cells form a waterproof lining within these organs to prevent the urine from going into the deeper tissue layers.
The middle layer is a thin lining known as the "lamina propria" and forms the boundary between the inner "mucosa" and the outer muscular layer. This layer has a network of blood vessels and nerves and is an important landmark in terms of the staging of bladder cancer (described in detail below in the bladder cancer staging section).
The outer layer of the bladder comprises of the "detrusor" muscle and is called the "muscularis." This is the thickest layer of the bladder wall. Its main function is to relax slowly as the bladder fills up to provide low-pressure urine storage and then to contract to compress the bladder and expel the urine out during the act of passing urine. Outside these three layers is a variable amount of fat which lines and protects the bladder like a soft cushion and separates it from the surrounding organs such as the rectum and the muscles and bones of the pelvis.

Spleen structure
The body of the spleen appears red and pulpy, surrounded by a tough capsule. The red pulp consists of blood vessels (splenic sinusoids) interwoven with connective tissue (splenic cords). The red pulp filters the blood and removes old and defective blood cells. The white pulp is inside the red pulp, and consists of little lumps of lymphoid tissue. Antibodies are made inside the white pulp. Similarly to other organs of the lymphatic system, particular immune cells (B lymphocytes and T lymphocytes) and blood cells are either made or matured inside the spleen. Blood enters the spleen via the splenic artery, which subdivides into many tiny branches. IMPORTANT WARNING:
Medications that are similar to emtricitabine have caused serious damage to the liver and a life-threatening condition called lactic acidosis (buildup of lactic acid in the blood) when they were used alone or in combination with other medications that treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had liver disease. If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately: upset stomach; vomiting; stomach pain; loss of appetite; extreme tiredness; weakness; dizziness; lightheadedness; fast or irregular heartbeat; trouble breathing; dark yellow or brown urine; light-colored bowel movements; yellowing of the skin or eyes; feeling cold, especially in the arms or legs; or muscle pain that is different than any muscle pain you usually experience.
Emtricitabine should not be used to treat hepatitis B virus infection (HBV; an ongoing liver infection). Tell your doctor if you have or think you may have HBV. Your doctor may test you to see if you have HBV before you begin your treatment with emtricitabine. If you have HBV and you take emtricitabine, your condition may suddenly worsen when you stop taking emtricitabine. Your doctor will examine you and order lab tests regularly for several months after you stop taking emtricitabine to see if your HBV has worsened.
Keep all appointments with your doctor and the laboratory. Your doctor may order certain tests to check your body's response to emtricitabine. Talk to your doctor about the risks of taking emtricitabine.
Why is this medication prescribed?
Emtricitabine is used along with other medications to treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Emtricitabine is in a class of medications called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs). It works by decreasing the amount of HIV in the blood. Although emtricitabine does not cure HIV, it may decrease your chance of developing acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and HIV-related illnesses such as serious infections or cancer. Taking these medications along with practicing safer sex and making other life-style changes may decrease the risk of transmitting (spreading) the HIV virus to other people.
How should this medicine be used?
Emtricitabine comes as a capsule, a tablet, and a solution (liquid) to take by mouth. It is usually taken once a day with or without food. Take emtricitabine at around the same time every day. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take emtricitabine exactly as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
Emtricitabine controls HIV infection but does not cure it. Continue to take emtricitabine even if you feel well. Do not stop taking emtricitabine without talking to your doctor. When your supply of emtricitabine starts to run low, get more from your doctor or pharmacist. If you miss doses or stop taking emtricitabine, your condition may become more difficult to treat.

Source text - English Tetrabenazine (Xenazine), An FDA-Approved Treatment Option For Huntington’s Disease–Related Chorea
INTRODUCTION
Huntington’s disease (HD) is a progressive autosomal-dominant neurodegenerative disorder caused by 36 or more trinucleotide (CAG) repeats on the short arm of chromosome 4. The higher the number of repeats on the Huntington gene, the more fully present the disorder. As a result of this abnormality, mutated Huntington protein is formed and is a hallmark of HD.
HD occurs worldwide in all ethnic groups but predominantly in Caucasian populations. The prevalence rate in Europe and the U.S. is 4 to 8 per 100,000 individuals. In Japan, the prevalence is only 10% of this number.
Symptoms generally appear between the ages of 35 and 40 but have been recorded as early as five years of age. These symptoms are devastating and disabling and involve movement disorders, incoordination, cognitive decline, personality and behavioral changes. The most striking and characteristic symptom is chorea, or involuntary dance-like movements that seem purposeless and abrupt. As the severity of symptoms progresses, patients are at a higher risk of dying because of complications, such as falls and aspiration. The typical period between diagnosis and death of the patient is 20 years.
As of this writing, no treatment is available that can delay the progression of HD. Existing management strategies focus on improving symptoms and quality of life. Neuroleptic agents, including dopamine receptor blockers and presynaptic dopamine-depleting agents, have been used to control choreic movements.
Until now, no medication had been approved in the U.S. for the treatment of chorea or any other symptom associated with HD. In August 2008, the FDA approved tetrabenazine (Xenazine) for this indication. In September 2008, Ovation Pharmaceuticals acquired the exclusive license in the U. S. to market this orphan drug from Prestwick Pharmaceuticals.
Tetrabenazine has been used for decades in several countries to treat chorea and other hyperkinetic movement disorders, such as dystonias and tics. This article provides a concise review of the pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy of this much needed treatment option to ameliorate some of the disabling symptoms of HD.
CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Tetrabenazine, an oral monoamine depleter, is a hexahydro-dimethoxy-benzoquinolizine derivative. A white to light yellow crystalline powder, it is sparingly soluble in water and soluble in ethanol. Scheduled to be launched by the end of 2008, it will be available as a cylindrical biplanar tablet with beveled edges in strengths of 12.5 mg (white) and 25 mg (yellow). The tablets should be stored at temperatures between 15° and 30°C.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
The production of neurotransmitters occurs in neurons. These neurotransmitters are then stored in vesicles for later release. This results in higher levels of neurotransmitters inside the neuron and lower levels in the synaptic cleft, ensuring a gradual, regulated release across the plasma membrane. The process also serves to protect the neurotransmitters from leakage or degradation by intraneuronal metabolism; in addition, the neuron is protected from the potential toxic effects of critically high levels of neurotransmitters. The vesicular monoamine transporter-2 (VMAT-2) is found mainly in the central nervous system (CNS) and in histaminergic cells of the adrenal medulla, blood cells, and stomach. The VMAT-2 transports serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, and histamine into vesicles for storage.
Tetrabenazine acts primarily as a reversible high-affinity inhibitor of mono-amine uptake into granular vesicles of presynaptic neurons by binding selectively to VMAT-2. As a result of this inhibition, monoamine degradation in the neuron is augmented, leading to depletion of the monoamines, particularly dopamine. Studies have shown that tetrabenazine also blocks dopamine D2 receptors, but this affinity is 1,000-fold lower than its affinity for VMAT-2. It is unlikely that this mechanism is responsible for the therapeutic effects of this agent, but it might be involved with rarely reported acute dystonic reactions.
The agent that is most similar to tetrabenazine and available in the U.S. is reserpine, which is also a monoamine depleter. Reserpine works by irreversibly inhibiting VMAT-1, in addition to VMAT-2, in the periphery. This activity explains the higher frequency of drug-induced side effects such as hypotension and gastrointestinal pain and diarrhea. Tetrabenazine has a shorter half-life and a more rapid onset of action than reserpine, perhaps making it more beneficial in the clinical setting, because efficacy can be evaluated more quickly.

What is Android?
Android is the name of the mobile operating system made by American company; Google. It comes installed on a variety of smartphones and tablets, offering users access to Google’s own services like Search, Youtube, Maps, Gmail and more.
This means you can easily look for information on the web, watch videos, search for directions and write emails on your phone, just as you would on your computer. This is handy for checking up on things like train times and getting directions when out and about, but there’s more to Android than these simple examples.
What can an Android phone do?
Android phones are highly customisable and as such can be altered to suit your tastes and needs. You can check your Facebook and Twitter profiles through a variety of apps making it ideal for social networking. Through the calendar you can set reminders from your desktop or your phone and on the latest versions of Android you can send links to and from your computer and vice versa.
Another neat feature of Android is that it automatically backs up your contacts for you. When you set up an Android phone you’ll need to create a Google Account or sign in with an existing one. Every time you save a number to the address book of your Android phone it will be synced to your Google Account.
The benefit of this is if you lose your phone all of your numbers will be saved. The next time you get an Android phone and sign in with your Google Account, all of your contacts and friends numbers will be displayed in your new phone’s address book and you can even access or edit them from a computer.
What apps can I get on an Android phone?
There are hundreds of thousands of apps and games available to download from the Google Play store (formerly the Android Market). There are camera apps that allow you to take pictures with artistic effects and filters on them and music players which allow you to import MP3s from your phone or create playlists. You can customise the appearance of your Android handset with a number of wallpapers based on pictures you’ve taken yourself or downloaded from the web too.
There are also various on-screen widgets to download which allow access and alteration the settings of your phone without having to dive through menus as you would on rival devices. You can pretty much create your own system of shortcuts and menus to better suit how you uniquely use your phone.
Popular games available for Android phones include Angry Birds, Draw Something and Temple Run 2 to name but three, but there are thousands of free and paid apps and games on offer.
How can I get apps on an Android phone?
The majority of apps can be downloaded from the Google Play store (the equivalent of Apple’s App Store), which includes a mix of free as well as premium apps that you’ll have to pay for. Some apps have ‘lite’ versions which are free, in the hope you’ll enjoy them and upgrade to the full premium version. Others - like Angry Birds - are free, but include adverts.
The same account that lets you backup your contacts can also have financial details added to it, allowing you the ability to purchase content from the Google Play store directly. You can pay either by debit or credit card and initial setup takes less than five minutes from a computer.
Although there are some 700,000 apps available to Android users in the Google Play store, some developers choose to make their apps available to download from their own sites. In order to download these you'll have to change some settings on your phone before visiting the site on your Android phone’s web browser. By downloading apps other than from the Google Play store, you do run the risk of attack in the form of data theft or from a virus so be careful if you choose that route.
Should you upgrade or change your Android phone; log into your Google account and you’ll be able to download your previously owned apps again, without being charged.

BATTLE COMMANDS

ITEMS

CHANGE
This command will appear if you press the LEFT Directional button at the left edge of the battle command window. With this command, you can change the position of your characters from the front line of your battle to the rear.
