§ 3. Przedmiotem umowy jest:
1. Podejmowanie przez X, w ramach prowadzonej przez niego działalności gospodarczej, różnorodnych czynności mających na celu promowanie na rynku polskim przedsięwzięć gospodarczych podejmowanych przez Y i usług oferowanych przez Y, a w szczególności ale nie wyłącznie dotyczących:
a) promowania Y w krajowym środowisku gospodarczym w szczególności w szeroko rozumianym środowisku usług inwestycyjnych budowlanych i turystycznych,
b) współpracy z urzędami,
c) tworzenia koalicji gospodarczych z udziałem Y,
d) pomocy przy organizowaniu seminariów, konferencji itp.
e) zapewniania kontaktów z kręgami silnych grup interesów, tj. podmiotami gospodarczymi, klubami kapitału, partiami politycznymi, organizacjami społecznymi, samorządami oraz z mediami.
2. Podejmowanie przez Y na terytorium Y działań mających na celu:
a) promocję X,
b) tworzenie pozytywnego wizerunku X, w szczególności w środowiskach gospodarczych, decyzyjnych, instytucjach politycznych lokalnych i regionalnych oraz w mediach,
c) przygotowywanie listów polecających dla X,
d) tworzeniu koalicji gospodarczych z udziałem X,
e) pomoc w ustanowieniu przedstawicielstwa X.
f) koordynacja działań prawnych wykonywanych przez współpracujące z Ambasadą Kancelarie Prawne i inne podmioty;
§ 4. Y i X zobowiązane są, każdy w swoim zakresie, do współdziałania przy wykonywaniu niniejszej umowy.
§ 5. X otrzymuje wyłączność na reprezentowanie Y na terytorium X w zakresie objętym przedmiotem niniejszej umowy.

§ 1.Y declares that it represents Y and its citizens in the territory of X, acts towards development of the economic and cultural cooperation between X and Y, as well as takes various activities enabling direct contacts among the companies and citizens of both countries.
§ 2.X declares she conducts activities based among others on:
- market research,
- consulting as regards conducting business activity and management.
This activity is conducted by the Partner under the business name:

§ 3. The object of this Contract is:
1. Taking up by X, within the business activity she conducts, different activities aimed at promoting on the market in ... of various undertakings and projects initiated by Y, as well as services offered by the Y, in particular regarding but not limited to the following:
a) promoting Y in the national economic environment of Poland, especially in the widely interpreted investment environment, building and tourist services,
b) cooperation with offices,
c) creating economic coalitions with Y,
d) assistance at organizing seminars, conferences and other events,
e) assuring contacts with strong business interest groups, i.e. with economic subjects, capital clubs, political parties, social organizations, local governments, as well as the media.
2. Taking by Y on the territory of Y, activities aimed at:
a) X's promotion,
b) creating a positive image of the X, in particular in economic and decision-taking environments, political local and regional institutions, as well as in the media,
c) preparing recommendation letters for the X,
d) creating economic coalitions with the X,
e) assistance in establishing X's representation.
f) coordination of legal actions carried out by the law firms cooperating with Y and by other subjects;
§ 4. Y and X shall both be obliged, each of them within their own scope, to cooperate in this Contract's execution.
§ 5. X shall be exclusively entitled to represent Y in the territory of X within the scope of this Contract.
