Before using the Li-ion Battery, please read and understand this manual carefully. So you can use, storage, and maintenance of Zhenlong Li-ion Battery correctly.

Li-ion Battery
For using Li-ion Battery, there are many requirements must implemented. Otherwise, all the consequences arise own. The requirements are follows.
Prohibit have the positive pole and the negative pole of the Li-ion Battery input/ output in the short-circuit;
Prohibit discharge by charging port, on the contrary, it is not allowed too; Prohibit put the Li-ion Battery in fire, it must be away from the fire source and the heat source;
Prohibit vibrate, impact, and press violently;
Pay attention to waterproof, prevent the discharge port of the Li-ion Battery encountered raining and flooding;
Charge temperature in the work environment: 0°C~45°C Discharge temperature in the work environment: -20"C~55*C; Prevent contact with children;
When not use in the long time, please remove the Li-ion Battery from the load and store it;
In case of questions, please contact the department of after-sales service; Prohibit disassemble the Li-ion Battery by yourself.
Charger
For using charger, there are many requirements must be implemented. Otherwise, all the consequences arise own, the requirements are as follows;
Prohibit place anything on the charger
Prohibit put any object into the charger, such as liquid, metal, etc;
Prohibit disassemble and refit the charger;
Prohibit plug and pull the power plug when your hands are wet;
Prohibit contact charger in the thunder and lightning weather;
Prohibit use other charger to charge for the Li-ion Battery, please use the special charger provided by our company;
Prohibit play the charger and the Li-ion Battery when charging;
Please do not use the charger if the environment it unstable, very dusty and fumes, or moist;
Avoid using the charger in which there is sunlight; Please maintain the good ventilation cooling work condition when charging;

Prohibit connect the charger to the city's electric voltage when the output of the charger isn't been connected to the Li-ion Battery.

The special charger of Zhenlong Li-ion Battery only apply to charge for Zhenlong Battery.
How to charge for Zhenlong Li-ion Battery
Stepl: Firstly, put the output of charge plug into the charging port of battery. And then put the AC power plug of charger into the city's electric socket.
Step2: In charging, the indicator light of charge is red. When the light is green, it means that the battery has been full of power.
Step3: Three times in front, each charging time is not less than 12 hours.
Storage, Maintenance and Transportation
When the charger is to be stored a long time ,please charge your battery for a half
saturated status (use charger to charge about 2-3 hours after finishing discharge), and the charger must be used about 2-3 hours each two months ,and must be placed in a dry and ventilated place.
The battery and the charger must be stored in a clean, dry, and ventilated place. Avoid contact with the corrosive materials, and must be a way form the fire source and the heat source.
The storage conditions for battery : the environment temperature is -5°C-55 *C; The environment humidity 5%-75%RH.
The battery must be packed into boxes for transport .In transit, the boxes can not be vibrated ,impacted, and pressed ,and avoid the sun and rain .You can use some vehicle for transport ,such as cars ,trains, ships, aircraft ,etc.
Please disconnect the battery and the charger when you store the charger.
The storage conditions for charger: the environment temperature is -5*C-55*C; The environment humidity is 5%-75%RH.

Para utilizar la batería de ión de litio hay varios requisitos que deben cumplirse. En caso de no cumplirlos, hay posibles consecuencias. Los requerimientos son los siguientes:

• No descargue la batería por el puerto de carga; no exponga la batería al fuego, ésta debe estar lejos de fuentes de calor o fuego;
• No golpee, haga vibrar, o presione violentamente la unidad;
• Tenga cuidado con el agua, preste atención para que el puerto de conexión de la batería se mantenga sin agua, sea de lluvia o por pasar a través de un sector inundado;
• Temperatura ambiental para carga de la batería: 0°C a 45°C Temperatura ambiental de descarga: -20°C y más de 55°C; Evite que los niños tomen contacto con la batería.
• Remueva la batería de la unidad y guárdela si no va a darle uso durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado.
En caso de dudas, por favor contacte al distribuidor local; Sólo personal autorizado puede desarmar o intervenir la batería.
Cargador
• Para utilizar el cargador deben tomarse las siguientes precauciones. En caso de no cumplir con estos requerimientos, las consecuencias que pudiere haber serán responsabilidad del usuario. Los requerimientos son los siguientes:
• No ponga objetos sobre el cargador.
• No introduzca objetos dentro del cargador, sean sólidos o metales.
• No desarme, intervenga o repare el cargador.
• No conecte el cargador a la corriente eléctrica con las manos mojadas o húmedas.
• No utilice el cargador durante tormentas eléctricas.
• No utilice otro cargador para la batería de ión de litio de este paquete.
• No manipule el cargador ni la batería durante el proceso de carga.
• No utilice el cargador si éste no se encuentra en óptimas condiciones o si el entorno está sucio con polvo, está húmedo.
• Evite utilizar el cargador bajo la luz directa del sol. Mantenga buenas condiciones de ventilación cuando utilice el cargador.
• No conecte el cargador a la red de corriente eléctrica antes de insertar la batería en el cargador.

4. Método de carga para la Batería Zhenlong
Paso 1: introduzca el terminal de carga en la batería. Conecte el cargador a la corriente eléctrica.
Paso 2: Cuando el proceso de carga se está desarrollando, la luz indicadora está de color rojo. Cuando la luz cambia o se encuentra de color verde la batería se encuentra totalmente cargada.
Paso 3: En promedio, los periodos de carga no bajan de las 12 horas por cada 3 ciclos de carga.
5. Almacenamiento, Mantención y Transporte
Cuando planee no utilizar el cargador durante un lapso de tiempo prolongado, cargue la batería hasta la mitad de su capacidad (utilice el cargador por 2 a 3 horas cada 2 meses) y guarde el cargador en un lugar seco y ventilado.
La batería y el cargador deben guardarse en un lugar seco, ventilado y limpio. Evite el contacto con materiales corrosivos y fuentes de calor.
Condiciones de almacenamiento de la batería: -5°C a 55°C con una humedad ambiental relativa de 5% a 75%
Si desea transportar la batería, ésto debe hacerse con la unidad dentro de una caja. Tenga precaución con los golpes y la luz solar directa. No hay problemas en transportar la batería a bordo de vehículos como automóviles, vehículos, barcos o aviones.
Cuando guarde el cargador, desconecte la batería del mismo.
Condiciones de almacenamiento para el cargador: -5°C a 55°C con una humedad ambiental relativa de 5% a 75%

Source text - English 1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to present IMIA’s accreditation framework review . Such a framework was accepted by the IMIA General Assembly in August 2011. Accreditation can be relevant for institutions that want to inform potential students of the international level and quality of their biomedical informatics program. Obtaining IMIA accreditation means that the quality of the program is at least at the same level as comparable international programs.
This document is meant for institutes who want accreditation for one or more educational programs in biomedical informatics. It informs about how the accreditation process is carried out and which information should be provided in the self-assessment report.
The institution has to contact IMIA’s Accreditation Committee well in advance. A site-visit committee has to be established, a self-assessment report to be written and the site-visit committee will need one month to study the self-assessment report. The institution will pay the costs of the site-visit committee members (travel and accommodation). The site-visit committee will determine an agenda for the site visit and the institution will arrange the necessary meetings and excursions to the library, computer facilities and teaching facilities.
The document describes the set-up of the review framework, the framework itself with the desired contents of the self-assessment report, the requirements for the composition of the site visit committee, the evaluation process, the decisions IMIA can make and the minimally needed documentation that has to be submitted before the site visit.
2. Set-up
The accreditation process will start when an institution asks for accreditation. The institution will then get this document. First a self-assessment report has to be created which will be sent to IMIA’s Accreditation Committee together with a number of documents that are also specified in this document. A site visit committee will be formed and this committee will get one month to study the documentation. Then the site visit follows.
The judgement of the quality of the educational program is established on the basis of discussions of relevant staff and students involved in the program with ‘peers’ (the members of the site visit committee) about the content and the quality of the program. The discussions are based on the contents of the self-assessment report, written by the program and on experiences of the site visit committee during the site visit. In the self-assessment report an answer is given to the following six main questions:
1. What is the intended purpose of the institute?
2. Through which academic program?
3. Who are the staff conducting the activities?
4. What are the facilities to conduct the activities?
5. How does the institute guarantee the quality of the program?
6. Does the program reach its self-imposed goals?

El objetivo de este documento es presentar el resumen del marco de acreditación que fue aceptado en agosto de 2011 por el Comité General de IMIA.
El proceso de acreditación puede ser relevante para las instituciones que buscan informar a sus potenciales estudiantes el nivel y calidad internacional del programa de Informática Biomédica que imparten.
La obtención de esta acreditación implica que la calidad del programa es, a lo menos, equivalente a la de otros programas internacionales similares.
El presente documento está pensado para institutos que deseen obtener la acreditación de uno o más programas educativos relacionados con la Informática Biomédica. Por otra parte, también cumple con informar la manera en que el proceso de acreditación se lleva a cabo y respecto a la información que debe estar presente en el Informe de auto evaluación.
La institución interesada contactará al Comité de Acreditación de IMIA con antelación. También se debe coordinar un comité de visita en terreno que estudiará durante un mes el Informe de auto evaluación que la institución preparará.
La institución pagará los gastos de estadía y transporte de los miembros del comité de visita en terreno. Este comité creará un itinerario para las visitas en terreno, mientras que la institución se encargará de coordinar las reuniones necesarias y las visitas a las bibliotecas e instalaciones computacionales y de enseñanza.
Este documento también describe la creación del marco de revisión, el marco en sí mismo y los contenidos esperados en el Informe de auto evaluación. También se incluye los requisitos para la coordinación del comité de visita en terreno y los requerimientos del proceso de evaluación, de las decisiones que IMIA podría tomar, y de la documentación que debe entregarse antes de la visita.
2. Organización
El proceso de acreditación comienza cuando una institución lo solicita. Tras eso, la institución recibe el presente documento.
Primero, se debe preparar el informe de auto evaluación y enviarlo al Comité de Acreditación de IMIA junto a una serie de documentos que se especifican en este mismo instructivo.
Tras cumplir con el paso anterior, se formará un comité de visita en terreno que dispondrá de un mes para estudiar la documentación entregada.
La valoración de la calidad del programa educativo se establece en base a discusiones sostenidas entre personal académico y estudiantes involucrados en el programa con los pares (miembros del comité de visita en terreno). Las discusiones tratan los contenidos y calidad del plan de estudio y se basan en los contenidos del Informe de auto evaluación entregado por la institución, así como en la experiencia del comité de visita en la institución.
El informe de auto evaluación debe incluir respuestas para las siguientes seis preguntas principales:
