Source text - French Il ressort du rapport d'expertise médicale qu'à la suite de l'accident Guillaume BOUDET a présenté un traumatisme cranio facial avec coma d'emblée (Glasgow à 5) qui a entraîné une ITT du 12 juillet 2001 au 18 mars 2004. date du retour à domicile ; qu'elle est suivie d'une période d'ITP à 80 % du 18 mars 2004 au 18 mars 2005, date de la consolidation; qu'il persiste essentiellement des troubles cognitifs et des troubles du comportement, une hémiparésie droite partiellement récupérée et une ophtalmoplégie complexe lesquelles justifient un taux d'IPP de 80 % que les besoins d'assistance par tierce per-sonne active sont estimés à 6 heures par jour dans une journée théorique de 8 heures à 22 heures: que pour la période nocturne de 22 heures à 8 heures 'une présence de sécurité est assurée aujourd'hui par la mère du blessé.
Translation - English The medical expert's report states that following the accident Guillaume BOUDET presented a cranio-facial trauma with coma at the outset (5 on the Glasgow scale) resulting in total temporary incapacity from 12 July 2001 to 18 March 2004, the date he returned home; this was followed by a period of pertial temporary incapacity at 80% from 18 March 2004, to 18 March 2005, date of consolidation; there persist primarily cognitive disorders and behaviour disorders, right side hemiparesis, partially recovered, and complex ophthalmoplegia which justify a rate of 80% permanent partial incapacity that needs active third party assistance at an estimated 6 hours per day in a theoretical day from 8am to 10pm; at night time from 10pm to 8am the injured party's mother provides safety presence.
