Source text - English The eruption of the teeth is a continuous process and in phase with growth of the bone. Primary molars sometimes fail to maintain their position relative to adjacent teeth in the dentition. They gradually lose contact with opposing teeth and adopt an inferior position relative to the occlusal plane, infraocclusion. This disturbance of eruption affects only molar teeth and primary molars are far more often affected than permanent molars. The degree of infraocclusion may vary from slight infraocclusion to the tooth's being almost completely buried in the tissues.

Source text - English In the case of the first patient, after exclusion of further
differential diagnoses and because of his pronounced
symptoms, we proceeded with a medial upper and mid-epigastric laparotomy. Occlusion of the celiac artery, caused
by the median arcuate ligament, was found intraoperatively. The ligament was transected and the celiac plexus was resected. Because of the complete obstruction of the celiac artery and missing pulsation of the celiac branches, an autologous venous bypass (greater saphenous vein) was implanted from the proximal supraceliac aorta to the common hepatic artery.

Source text - English Neuralgic amyotrophy (NA), which was first described as a
distinct clinical syndrome in the late 19th century, is characterized by attacks of neuropathic pain and subsequent patchy paresis in the upper extremities. Apart from other names,
the Parsonage–Turner syndrome is probably the second most
common denomination for the disorder.
NA can occur as a sporadic disorder but also exists as an
autosomal dominant hereditary trait, known as hereditary
neuralgic amyotrophy (HNA), which predisposes to recurrent
attacks of peripheral nerve. Very recently a mutation
in the SEPT9 gene was found in several HNA families. The attacks are currently assumed to be autoimmune in origin, but the precise mechanism is unknown.
