Source text - Portuguese Desde suas gravuras despojadas, de que nesta exposição ela apresenta uma expressiva série de seis, até esse surpreendentemente diverso conjunto de trabalhos, a artista parece debruçar-se sobre o tempo, experimentá-lo em algumas de suas manifestações, perceber passivamente suas peculiaridades, como quem deixa o vento soprar o próprio rosto desalinhando o cabelo, ou, ao contrário, como quem se propõe a açulá-lo, obrigando-o a mover-se pela ação do gesto que sulca uma matriz ou pelo endurecimento da parafina líquida, cuja viscosidade vai desaparecendo a medida em que a matéria trava contato com a temperatura ambiente ou ainda como quem se apropria de um objeto qualquer - um par de óculos, uma colcha, uma mala – e sabe, e conta com o fato, de que esse mesmo objeto é inseparável de sua função. Cada objeto é indissociável de seu uso ordinário, dos óculos que servem como apoio para a vista, pretensamente diminuindo o abismo que nos separa do mundo; da colcha que cobre os corpos para que melhor naveguem no sono; da mala, casa portátil, com qual se transporta as coisas que não se quer abandonar, coisas tão indispensáveis que por isso viajam juntas a nós, rente ao corpo, levadas pela alça abraçada pelos dedos.
