Source text - English The competition connected to this study is open to everyone, with the exception of InSites NV employees. InSites NV reserves the right to refuse people to take part in this competition. Only individual registrations are accepted. By taking part in the InSites competition, all participants accept these rules and every decision concerning the competition taken by InSites NV.
Clause 1 General These rules govern the stipulations of InSites NV regarding the smooth course of the competition, the strict application of the rules, the indication of the winners, the awarding of the prizes and the sending or handing over of the prizes by InSites NV.
Correspondence or telephone calls regarding the competition rules shall not be answered. At any time, InSites is able to make changes to the rules by notification on the following website: www.InSites-consulting.com
Personal details shall not be passed on to third parties. The Act of 8 December 1992 with regard to privacy protection shall be strictly respected.
Clause 2 Participation Participation is only possible by filling out the form on the website: all participants must register on the form with name, address and e-mail address.
Participants may only take part once in the competition. InSites reserves the right to remove persons from the competition who do not meet the conditions. They shall not come into consideration for a prize either.
Clause 3 Liability In case of technical problems suffered by the participant or the provider, which could result in the loss of data or late participation, the organisers cannot be held liable. Remarks concerning the competition can be e-mailed to the following address: [email protected]
InSites NV is not responsible for the technical quality or the correct delivery of the prizes provided by the sponsor. Any complaint and correspondence needs to be addressed directly to the sponsor.
