Bio
A native Russian speaker with a near-bilingual competency in English, university
educated both in Russia and the UK, I graduated with an MA in Interpreting and
Translation Studies from the University of Leeds in 2005.
I went on to build a successful career in
the City of London specialising in interpreting at Board level and translating legal, financial and corporate documentation in the energy sector (oil & gas,
renewables, electricity generation and transmission, engineering and
construction).
In 2010, I added French to my professional language combination earning a Diploma in Business
French by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry. My special expertise for French into English translation is energy transmission and interconnection.
I contribute pro-bono linguistic and project management expertise to NGOs supporting children with disabilities, promoting education and environmental awareness (Love Russia, Love's Bridge, Metropolitan Anthony of Sourozh Foundation).
