Source text - English 1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Pre-existing materials. All Intellectual Property Rights belonging to a Party prior to the Signature Date shall remain vested in that Party.
Developed Materials. Except to the extent expressly agreed in writing between the Parties, the Intellectual Property Rights subsisting in the Deliverables (including the Procedures Manual, the Documentation, and all scripts and utilities used during the performance of the Services) shall vest in the Operator unconditionally and immediately on their creation. The Operator grants to the Service Provider a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt and develop such Intellectual Property Rights solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under this MSA and provided that any Intellectual Property Rights created in relation hereto shall vest in the Operator.
The Service Provider’s ownership in other Materials and grant of license to the Operator. Subject to Clause 39.2, the Service Provider shall have exclusive ownership of Service Provider Intellectual Property used by the Service Provider, or are to be provided to the Operator, in the performance of the Services. The Service Provider hereby grants, and shall ensure that each of the Subcontractors grants, to the Operator a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, irrevocable and worldwide licence to use, copy, modify and display and permit any Third Party appointed by the Operator to use, copy, modify and display the Service Provider Intellectual Property Rights to the extent necessary to receive and use the Services and any replacement services.
No incorporation of Materials to which a third Person holds Intellectual Property Rights or other rights. The Service Provider shall not incorporate any material (including commercial software, open source software, freeware or shareware, tools etc.) to which the Service Provider or a third Person holds Intellectual Property Rights or other rights into any Deliverables or the Operator Software without the Operator’s prior written consent. In the event that the Service Provider incorporate such material, the Service Provider shall grant or cause such Third Party to grant to the Operator a transferable, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, modify, and display and permit any Third Party appointed by the Operator to use, copy, modify, and display such material.
Licence granted to Third Party Software and Third Party Tools. The Service Provider shall use reasonable endeavours to procure for the Operator a licence to use i) the Service Provider Third Party Software and (ii) the Service Provider Third Party Tools in the course of performing the Services, on the same terms and conditions as the licence in relation to the Service Provider Intellectual Property Rights set out in Clause 39.3.
1.1. Ownership of Data
Ownership of the Operator Data. All Operator Data is the sole and exclusive property of the Operator.
The Service Provider’s assignment, transfer and conveyance of any right etc. to the Operator Data. To the extent permitted by applicable Law, the Service Provider hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers and conveys to the Operator any right, title and interest in and to the Operator Data.

1.1. Право собственности на данные
Право собственности на Данные Оператора. Любые Данные Оператора являются исключительной собственностью Оператора.
Уступка, переуступка и передача любых прав и т.д. на Данные Оператора. В соответствии с действующим законодательством Поставщик услуг настоящим безоговорочно уступает, переуступает и передает Оператору все имущественные и иные права и правооснования на Данные Оператора.

The economy of Ukraine is in need of radical reforms. Despite some significant moves toward a market economy and away from the socialist economy of the past, the Ukrainian economy is today crippled from decades of corruption, which have created a toxic business environment preventing economic growth and job creation for its citizens.Ukraine today does not provide its citizens with an economic standard of living comparable with other countries of Central and Eastern Europe that underwent early and substantial reform after the disintegration of the Soviet Union. At the current time, Ukraine has received major financial backing of the International Monetary Fund.In addition, the signing of the EU Association Agreement will offer further financial support and trade liberalization from the largest economic block in the world.In the long term, a potential EU membership may offer further support of future economic development. The World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and other institutions have allocated substantial funding in support of Ukraine. A number of countries, including the United States and Canada, have offered credits and assistance grants. Finally, the country now has a President who was elected with a large majority on a platform of reform. Now, reforms are needed in a broad section of social programs, including education, health and pensions. Of central importance, is that the aspirations of the people to achieve a higher standard of living must be realized.
SWIFT AND RADICAL ECONOMIC REFORMS MUST BE UNDERTAKEN IF UKRAINE IS TO SEIZE THIS HISTORIC OPPORTUNITY TO CLEAN UP CORRUPTION, TO REALIZE ITS SUBSTANTIAL ECONOMIC POTENTIAL AND TO PUT THE ECONOMY ON A PATH OF RAPID GROWTH.
ESSENTIAL REFORMS
1. Corruption Reduction
• Carry out substantial deregulation of prices and trade and prohibit most forms of government inspections.
• Simplify business procedures, and minimize licenses and permits.
• Reduce the number of regulatory agencies sharply, by merging and abolishing many.
• Introduce e-government on a wide scale, so that most contacts with the government can be carried out through the Internet. All laws, rules and regulations should be available on the Internet.
• Implement sanctions against corrupt practices.
2. Energy Markets
• Move domestic gas prices to market levels as quickly as possible and eliminate all energy subsidies to eliminate corrupt practices.
• Provide social cash transfers to the half of the households that is worst off with the support of the World Bank
• Separate companies transmitting and producing energy.
• Open gas mineral rights market to both domestic and foreign companies

Крім того, підписання Угоди про асоціацію з ЄС означає додаткову фінансову підтримку і лібералізацію торгівлі від найбільшого економічного блоку в світі. У довгостроковій перспективі потенційне членство в ЄС може забезпечити подальшу підтримку економічного розвитку. Світовий банк, Європейський банк реконструкції та розвитку та інші установи виділили значні кошти на підтримку України. Ряд країн, включно зі Сполученими Штатами і Канадою, запропонували кредити та безоплатну допомогу в вигляді грантів.
Нарешті, в даний час країна має президента, який був обраний переважною більшістю голосів на платформі реформ. Сьогодні реформи необхідні в широкому спектрі соціальних програм, включаючи освіту, охорону здоров'я та пенсійні програми. Найважливішим є те, що прагнення народу до досягнення більш високого рівня життя має бути реалізоване.

But The Short Chronicle was never intended to be made public, and therefore was not so lately corrected by him. To this the Reader must impute it, if he shall find any places where the Short Chronicle does not accurately agree with the Dates assigned in the larger Piece. The Sixth Chapter was not copied out with the other Five, which makes it doubtful whether he intended to print it: but being found among his Papers, and evidently appearing to be a Continuation of the same Work, and (as such) abridg'd in the Short Chronicle; it was thought proper to be added.
Had the Great Author himself liv'd to publish this Work, there would have been no occasion for this Advertisement; But as it is, the Reader is desired to allow for such imperfections as are inseparable from Posthumous Pieces; and, in so great a number of proper names, to excuse some errors of the Press that have escaped.
