I hold a B.A. in Translation and Interpreting since 2006 and I am accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain as a sworn translator from French into Spanish.

After achieving my B.A., I started working for a multinational company, Linguaserve Internacionalización de Servicios, as a Project Manager. With over two years experience in this company, I was in charge of managing various projects whereby my duties involved translating, proofreading and editing web contents. Furthermore, I was made responsible to manage a major subcontract for Repsol YPF, one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. My role here was to consult in house.

Additionally, I combined my job with training and courses in translation tools, web design and subtitle translations.

I have also worked as a localisation technician in Square Enix Ltd. General tasks related to the quality assurance process such as game testing, translation and proof-reading were my forte. I predominantly worked on global gaming projects such as Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts, among others.

In my experience as a freelancer, I have collaborated with agencies and direct customers on translation and localisation projects of a diverse range of fields such as Business and Finance, Marketing, Health and Safety, Architecture, Education, Videogames, Travel and Tourism, Gastronomy, Literature, Cultural Co-operation, Art, Music, Film...
