Source text - Turkish GARANTİ ŞARTLARI
1) Garanti süresi, malın teslim tarihinden başlar ve 2 yıldır.
2) Malın garanti süresi içerisinde arızalanması durumunda, tamirde geçen süre garanti süresine eklenir. Malın tamir süresi en fazla 30 iş günüdür. Bu süre mala ilişkin arızanın servis istasyonuna, servis istasyonu olmaması durumunda malın satıcı, bayii, acentesi, temsilciliği, ithalatçısına bildirim tarihinden itibaren başlar. Sanayi malı arızasını 15 gün içerisinde giderilmemesi halinde ithalatçı, malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere sahip başka bir sanayi malını tüketicinin kullaımına tahsis etmek zorundadır.
3) Malın garanti süresi içerisinde, gerek malzeme gerek işçilik, gerekse montaj hatalarından dolayı arızalanması halinde, işçilik masrafı değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka herhangi bir ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin tamiri yapılacaktır.
4) Malın
-- Teslim tarihinden itibaren garanti süresi içinde kalmak kaydıyla bir yıl içerisinde aynı arızayı ikiden fazla tekrarlanması veya farklı arızaların dörtten fazla ortaya çıkması sonucu malden yararlanamamanın süreklilik kazanması,
- Tamiri için gereken sürenin aşılması
- Servis istasyonunun mevcut olmaması halinde sırasıyla satıcısı, bayi, acentesi, temsilciliği, ithalatçısı düzenleyeceği raporla arızanın tamirini mümkün bulunmadığı belirlenmesi durumlarında ücretsiz olarak değiştirme işlemi yapacaktır.
5) Malın kullanma klavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasından kaynaklanan arızalar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
7) Garanti Belgesi ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek sorunlar için Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin ve Rekabetin Korunması Genel Müdürlüğü'ne başvurulabilir.
GARANTi KAPSAMI DIŞI ŞARTLAR
1. Kullanım klavuzunda belirtilen hususlara uyulmaması sonucu ortaya çıkacak arızalar.
2. İki yıllık süre içinde gerekebilecek her türlü filtre, benzin, yağ vs. gibi sarf malzemeleri.
3. BORBİS BİSİKLET İç Dış Tic. Paz. Ltd. Şti.'nin yazılı izni olmadan mamül üzerinde orjinal olmayan ilaveler veya değişiklikler yapılması sonucu ortaya çıkacak arızalar.
4. Motosikletin amaca uygun olmayan şekilde veya kötü kullanılması durumunda yani kaza, istiap haddi üzerinde, hor, hatalı, yarış amacıyla kullanma ve ticari amaçlı kullanım sonucu olabilecek hasarlar.
5. Bu el kitabında sözü geçen bakımların yapılmaması durumunda ortaya çıkacak arızalar.
6. Motosikletin spor müsabakalarında kullanılması durumunda.
7. Garanti süresi içinde aşınan fren ve debriyaj balataları, bujiler, yanan ampuller veya eskiyen kayışlar, zincirler, motor takozları gibi eskime ve bozulma süreleri kullanım şartlarına göre değişen parçaların ücretleri müşteriden alınır.
8. Motosikletin tüketiciye tesliminden sonraki taşıma ve nakliye sırasında oluşan hasarlar ve arızalar.
9. Bozuk veya piyasada satılan benzin harici bir yakıt kullanma durumunda ortaya çıkacak arızalar.
10. Yukarıdaki adı geçen parçalarda gerçekten bir imalat veya montaj hatası var ise, konunun garanti kapsamına girip girmediğine yetkili ARORA Servisi karar verir.
11. Garanti konusunda BORBİS İç Dış Tic. Paz. Ltd. Şti. tarafından onaylandıktan sonra işleme konur.
MOTOSİKLETİN GÜVENLİ KULLANIMI
Motosikletinizin kullanımı güvenliğiniz açısından özel bir gayret gerektiriyor. Aşağıdaki gereksinimleri kullanmadan önce bilmeniz gereklidir.
Güvenli Kullanım Kuralları :
1) Moturu Çalıştırmadan önce her zaman kullanım öncesi kontrolleri yapın. Böylelikle muhtemel kazaları ve moturunuzun zarar görmesini engellemiş olursunuz.
2) Genellikle kazaları tecrübesiz kullanıcılar yapmaktadır. Bir çok ülke özel motosiklet kullanım testi veya ehliyeti istemektedir. Kullanmadan önce kullanır hale gelmeniz gerekmektedir. Hiç bir zaman motosikletinizi tecrübesiz kullanıcıya teslim etmeyiniz.
3) Otomobil / motosiklet kazaları otomobil kullanıcıların motosikleti görmemesinden kaynaklanmaktadır. Kazayı önlemeye yardımcı olun ki sizin hatanız olmasın. Açık renkli ve uyarıcı kıyafetler giyin, başka bir motosiklet kullanıcısının kör noktasında kullanmayın.
4) Tüm yerel ve bölgesel kurallara riayet edin. Aşırı hız bir çok kazada faktördür. Hız limitlerine uyun. Dönüşlerde ve şerit değiştirmelerde diğer motosiklet kullanıcılarının dikkat etmeleri için dönüş sinyalinizi veriniz.
5) Diğer motosiklet kullanıcılarının sizi şaşırtmasına izin vermeyiniz. Kavşaklarda, park giriş ve çıkışlarında ekstra önem gösteriniz ve ayaklarınızın sehpanın üzerinde olması gerektiğini unutmayın.
KORUYUCU KIYAFETLER
1) Motosiklet kazaları sonucu ölümler genellikle kafa darbelerinden meydana gelmektedir. Her zaman kaskınızı takın. Aynı zamanda yüz koruyucusu ve koruyucu kıyafetler giyinmeniz gerekir. Yolcununda aynı korumaya ihtiyacı vardır.

Translation - English WARRANTY TERMS
1) The warranty period for the product commences on the date of delivery and is two years.
2) Should the product malfunction during the warranty period, then the time spent for repair is added to the warranty period. The maximum time to be spend for the repair of the product shall be 30 days. This time commences on the day that the malfunction of the product is reported to the service station, or in cases where there is no service station, to the seller, dealer, agent, representative, or importer, respectively. Should the importer not be able to correct the defect causing malfunction of the industry product withing 15 days, then the importer is obliged to supply to the consumer a similar industry product as a substitute until the repair of the product is accomplished.
3) Should the product malfunction during the warranty period for reasons of defects in material or workmanship, or because of assembly faults, then the product shall be repaired free of charge and without demanding any payment for workmanship, spare parts or any other possible name.
4) The product shall be changed free of charge with a new product in the event that:
- The same malfunction occurs more than twice during the warranty period starting on the date of delivery of the product to the consumer, or when the more than four different malfunctions occur that impede and interrupt continuity of using the product for its intended purpose.
- The time granted for the repair of the product is exceeded.
- A report is issued by the seller, dealer, agent, representative, or importer, respectively, in case there is no service station available, stating and verifying, that the repair of the product is not possible.
5) Malfunctions that are caused by violating the conditions set forth in the user manual are not covered by this warranty.
6) Any problems that may flow forth from this Warranty Certificate should be addressed to the Consumer & Competition Protection Department of the Ministry of Industry & Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
1. Malfunctions caused by defects that occur because of violating the conditions set forth in the user manual.
2. Any type of consumables during the two year warranty period such as filters, fuel, oil, lubricants, etc.
3. Malfunctions caused by defects because of additions or modifications to the original product that not expressly authorized in prior in writing by BORBIS BISIKLET Ic Dis Tic. Paz. Ltd. Sti.
4. Damages occuring because of abuse of misuse of the motorcycle, or not using it properly for its purposes, such as accidents, excessive and over loading, incorrect driving, speeding, motorcrossing or using the motorcycle for racing or commercial purposes.
5. Malfunctions caused by defects because of disobeying and not carrying out important periodic maintenances mentioned in this manual.
6. Using the motorcycle for and during sporting games and contests.
7. The cost of parts normally prone to wear and tear such as brake pads and clutch liners, spark plugs, burnt bulbs or worn out belts, chains, engine pads, which service life changes according to riding and using conditions, are invoiced to the customer.
8. Damages and defects that occur or are being inflicted during transportation and handling of the motorcycle following its delivery to the customer.
9. Malfunctions caused by defects because of tanking fuel that does not meet standard industry specifications or that is sold off the market.
10. In the event that one or more of the above parts indicate an actual production or assembly fault, the authorized ARORA Service shall decide whether or not the subject matter shall be handled within the scope of warranty.
11. Warranty issues are implemented only after the approval of BORBIS BISIKLET Ic Dis Tic. Paz. Ltd. Sti.
DRIVING THE MOTORCYCLE SAFELY
Driving the motorcycle needs your extra attention and care in order to protect and maintain your safety. You should pay attention to the following requirements before you start driving the motorcycle.
Rules For Safe Driving:
1) Always perform a pre-drive check before driving off on your motorcycle. This will allow you to avoid possible accidents and any damage to your motorcycle.
2) Accidents are mostly made by inexperienced drivers. Many countries require the graduation of a special motorcycle test or driver license. Before driving the motorcycle you must get to know how to mount and drive a motorcycle correctly. Never allow inexperienced persons to use your motorcycle.
3) Automobile/Motorcycle accidents mainly occur because automobile drivers cannot oversee motorcycle drivers. Help avoid accidents so that you do not bear any fault in an accident. Always wear special or custom crafted motorcycle gear that shows off bright and warning colors and never be in the deadspot of other motorcycle drivers.
4) Always comply to local and regional rules. Speeding is a key factor in many accidents. Observe and obey speed limits. Always turn on your turning indicator lights to warn other motorcycle drivers that you are about to change lanes or making a turn.
5) Do not let other motorcycle drivers to mislead you. Always be careful and extra alers at turnarounds, junctions, parking lot entrance and exits, and remember that your feet must always be on the craddle.
PROTECTIVE GEAR
1) Motorcycle accidents often result in deaths caused by injury to the head. Always wear your helmet. You should also wear face protectors and protective gear. The passenger must use the same helmet and the same gear as the driver.
2) The exhaust system gets hot during operation and normal use and stays hot for some time after turning off the engine. Be careful not to touch the exhaust system while it is hot. Wear special gear that covers your legs.
ACCESSORY FITTING: Fitting new accessories for the sole purpose of self amusement or removing original parts are not a safe actions. Never change or remove original parts without consulting your seller in advance.
