В 2006 году юбилей 10 лет начала системного по «Плану…» уничтожения русинов как нации в Украине. Именно Украина в своей антирусинской политике, в своем беспрецедентном вмешательстве, стала на рубеже XXI века носителем самых мрачных тоталитарных тенденций, когда русины - этот ценнейший осколочек тех легендарных времен Киевской Руси, это примерно как староверы и современные православные, отрезанные горами, оторвавшись от улетевшей стаи, им удалось сохранить древнюю культуру наших предков, за что им честь и хвала, украинские идеологи со свету сживать стали. Да в «украинцев» насильно ассимилировать. Временами с поразительной жестокостью. В Украине Подкарпатские русины вообще лишины любых прав. Их и в Австро-Венгрии давили, и при советах... От австро- венгерского натурального геноцида русинов документы остались, свидетели опять же, вроде бы как наука должна быть!? Но сподобиться сейчас на системное уничтожение целого народа в мирное время!? Нечто наподобии гитлеровских планов по уничтожению ромов и евреев!
Одним из наиболее ярких тому примеров принятый в 1996 г. Кабинетом Министров Украины секретный "План мероприятий по решению проблемы украинцев-русинов". Этот антигуманный акт попытки ликвидации русинов в Украине был осужден во многих странах". "Плана мероприятий", разработанного на основании поручений Кабинета Министров Украины № 1626/31 от 05.09.96 г. и 176/34 от 25. 09.96 г. Самое кощунственное что есть документ 1948 года (тоже секретный), с которого он был переписан '«ПЛАН ЛИКВИДАЦИИ ГРЕКО-КАТОЛИЧЕСТВА В ЗАКАРПАТЬЕ»' . Самое интересное что обвиняя коммунистов во всех смертных грехах «незалежна » этот "план" бездарно передрала с плана РЕАЛЬНО осуществленной операции «коммуняк» по ликвидации Греко-Католической Церкви в 1948г в Закарпатье.
Но уже сейчас слышны возгласы некоторых «Нет такого документа и не было, никогда» любезны дать ссылочку на документ, фрагменты которого вы привели (на сайте КМУ или еще где). А то, знаете, странновато эти фрагменты смотрятся... мягко говоря … Да сейчас разогнались! Но Украина при Кучме и Украина при Сталине это две большие разницы и надо быть идиотом, чтобы поверить в возможность осуществлении "плана мероприятий" при условии, что во всех госорганах работает огромное количество коренных закарпатцев, которые осуществили утечку информации. Хотя оранжевая пропаганда уже давно похоронила Подкарпатских Русинов. Дескать, весь Запад Украины - полностью оранжевый, "демократический" и уже почти в Европе, к чему и вас Восточные регионы мы призываем. Трудно "поверить"! Ведь пришел такой "демократичный" оранжевый режим и чтобы он не только поддерживал геноцид времен Кучмы, но и покрывал его устроителей. Все перемешалось в оранжевом доме... Тяжко приходится русинам среди западенских националов. Очень тяжко!!! И еще один штришок. Ныне, в Закарпатье достаточно много проживает бывших офицеров КГБ – СБУ которые проходя службу в УСБУ в Закарпатской области свидетельствуют о том, что действительно в г.Киеве был разработан план мероприятий по бескровному уничтожению русинов Закарпатья. Известны как фамилии разработчиков так и не посредственных исполнителей на местах в частности в УСБУ в Закарпатской области, которые ныне, пока с успехом проходят службу в центральном аппарате СБУ. Без сомнения в ближайшее время, после очередной неизбежной смены власти и руководства СБУ фамилии этих «русинов-оборотней» станут достоянием всех русинов Закарпатья.
Translation - English THE 10th ANNIVERSARY OF THE BEGINNING OF SYSTEMATIC ELIMINATION OF RUSYNS
In 2006 we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the beginning of the systematic, in accord with the “PLAN” elimination of Ukrainian Rusyns. At the turn of XXI century Ukraine with its anti-Rusyn policy and the outraging intrusion into the life of this ethnic group has become a carrier of a most sinister totalitarian tendencies. Ukrainian ideologists are deadly set on elimination and forced assimilation of the Rusyns, this pure materialization of the legendary times of the Kievan Russia. They can be compared to Old Believers who, separated from the main flock and protected by high mountains, managed to preserve the ancient culture of our ancestors. Subcarpathian Rusyns in Ukraine do not have any rights. They were repressed in Austria-Hungary and in the USSR. There are many documentary proofs of the Austria-Hungarian genocide of Rusyns. One might think that the lesson has been learnt. And here we are repeating the same mistakes, eliminating a nation during peacetime. Doesn’t it resemble the Hitler plans to eliminate the Roma and the Jews? One of the vivid examples of this analogy is the secret “Action Plan on Ukrainian-Rusyns Problem” passed in 1996 by the Cabinet of Ukraine. This anti-human attempt to eliminate Rusyns in Ukraine was disapproved by many countries. “The Action Plan” was developed on the ground of Cabinet Orders № 1626/31 of 05.09.96 and 176/34 of 25. 09.96. The aweless thing is that the above plan is a redraft of the 1948 secret document called “Plan of Elimination of Greek Catholicism in Transcarpathia”. Interesting as it may seem, Ukrainians accuse communists in all deadly sins, however, they copied their Action Plan from the elimination plan that was implemented by communists in 1948. Some people already claim that this document has never existed and try to prove it by publishing extracts from a document on the site of the Cabinet of Ukraine. I would love to have the link to the whole document, if you please. Otherwise, these fragments do not look convincing at all. No doubt, Ukraine under Kuchma and Ukraine under Stalin are two different countries. It is absurd to believe that such an action plan could have been implemented, especially if to take into consideration that many indigenous Transcarpathians work for the government and they wilfully contributed to the information leakage. Nevertheless, orange propaganda has “buried” the Transcarpathian Rusyns alive. They say that the whole Western Ukraine is orange, democratic and is almost European. They are encouraging the Eastern regions to join them. It is unbelievable! The era of democratic, orange regime has arrived in Ukraine. It does not only support the Kuchma genocide but also justifies its ideologists. The orange house is in a mess. Rusyns are surrounded by western nationalists. This is an extremely difficult situation for them. Another detail that could throw some light on the things. Quite many ex-KGBists, which in Ukraine is called SBU - Ukrainian Security Service, live in Transcarpathia. Those of them who served in the administration of SBU (USBU) in Transcarpathia witness that Kiev has indeed elaborated the action plan to bloodlessly eliminate Rusyns of Transcarpathia. Both the surnames of those who elaborated the plan and the executors that serve in Transcarpathian USBU are known. They still successfully do their service in the central office of SBU. No doubt, in the near future the names of these turncoat Rusyns will become known to all Transcarpathian Rusyns after the imminent change of power.

Source text - Russian Звезда – символ вечности, высоких стремлений, а также символ счастья. Недаром говорится, родился под счастливой звездой. Эту фразу вполне можно отнести к центральному выставочному комплексу «Экспоцентр». Амбициозные цели , смелые решения и успех, неизменно сопровождающий любые начинания организации на протяжении полувека.
Центральный выставочный комплекс Экспоцентр. Место расположения – Краснопресненская набережная – центр деловой жизни столицы. Общая выставочная площадь комплекса - 135 тысяч квадратных метров. Около 30 собственных и более 80 гостевых выставок в год. Экспоцентр - лауреат ряда престижных премий, в числе которых «Золотой Меркурий», «Европейской качество», «Лидер экономического развития России», а также обладатель высшей российской общественной награды - ордена Святого Александра Невского «За труды и отечество».
Как зажглась звезда Экспоцентра? Чтобы ответить на это вопрос придется вернуться в 1959 год… к тому, с чего все начиналось!
Итак, 1959 год: Европа вздохнула после Второй мировой войны: возрождается производство, возобновляются старые и налаживаются новые торговые связи. Развивается и выставочный бизнес. В Париже стартует первый смотр строительных материалов БАТИМАТ, в Милане - Международная выставка технологий для полиграфической, издательской, бумажной и перерабатывающей промышленности. В Советском Союзе тоже налаживается мирная жизнь, работают заводы, строятся города и дороги. Однако, темпы строительства «новой жизни» заметно уступают западным: все делается по- старинке, вручную. На стройках заняты миллионы людей, в то время как за рубежом работает техника. Медленно развивается и промышленное производство. В СССР – хронический дефицит товаров народного потребления. Страна Советов, одержав непростую победу в войне, которая забрала все силы, остро нуждается в новых технологиях. Ученые и изобретатели, конечно, работают, но на то, чтобы придумать и внедрить любую машину требуются годы, а строить, кормить, одевать страну нужно уже сейчас. Выход один – знакомиться с мировым опытом и принимать на вооружение то, что сделано за рубежом. Так возникает идея проводить в СССР международные смотры. В 1959 году в структуре Торговой палаты СССР появляются две совершенно новые организации: Отдел Иностранных выставок, задача которого - проводить смотры с иностранным участием на территории страны, и Управление советских выставок за границей.
Translation - English The star is a symbol of eternity, high aspirations and happiness. They say fortunate people are born under lucky stars and there is every reason to believe that the Central Exhibition Complex Expocentre has a lucky star of its own. Ambitious goals, bold actions and success in every endeavour have been the trade mark of the company for over 50 years.
The Central Exhibition Complex Expocentre is located on Krasnopresnenskaya Naberezhnaya, the business centre of the national capital. The exhibition complex totals over 135,000 square meters of exhibition space; it organizes about 30 and hosts 80 exhibitions annually. Expocentre has earned a number of prestigious awards, including the Gold Mercury Award, the European Quality Award, and the Leader of Economic Development of Russia Award; it has also been honoured with the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky “For work and Fatherland”, the highest public award in Russia.
How was the star of Expocentre born? To answer this question we have to go back to 1959 when it all started.
1959: Europe is starting to recover after the Second World War; the countries are resurrecting the manufacturing industry, restoring the former trade connections and establishing new ones. The exhibition industry is developing as well. Paris hosts BATIMAT, the first trade show of construction materials. Milan organizes the International Exhibition of Technologies Used in Printing, Publishing, Paper Making and Converting Industries. The Soviet Union is also making every effort to re-establish life after war; the country is restarting factories and building new cities and roads. However, the speed of building the “new life” in the USSR is noticeably inferior to that in the West; old manual labour-based work methods prevail. Millions of people work on construction sites whereas western countries successfully use machinery for the same purposes. Industrial production is developing at a slow pace. The country is in chronic deficit for consumer goods. The Soviet Union paid a huge price to win the war and now is in urgent need of new technologies. Scientists and inventors are working hard to help the country; however it can take years to design, construct and put into production any machine while people need food, clothes and houses right away. There is a solution to the problem: to learn the know-how used in other countries and to adopt their experience. This is how the idea to organize international trade shows in the USSR came to life. In 1959 two new departments were established within the Chamber of Commerce: the Department of Foreign Exhibitions, aimed at hosting trade shows with foreign participants inside the country, and the Directorate of Soviet Exhibition Activities in Foreign Countries.
