ARTICLE 1 - OBJET
Le PROPRIETAIRE met à la disposition du BENEFICIAIRE, qui accepte, le MATERIEL, selon les termes et modalités définis ci-après, étant précisé que le BENEFICIAIRE a, préalablement aux présentes, inspecté le MATERIEL.
En tout état de cause, un état du MATERIEL a été dressé contradictoirement par les Parties et figure en Annexe 2.
ARTICLE 2 – MISE A DISPOSITION DU MATERIEL - TRANSPORT
Le MATERIEL est mis à la disposition du BENEFICIAIRE dans les locaux du PROPRIETAIRE sis à l’usine de ……………………………………………
Le PROPRIETAIRE assurera à ses frais et risques le transport du MATERIEL jusqu’à sa destination, savoir à l’usine du BENEFICIAIRE sise à ……………………., dans le local décrit en Annexe 3.
ARTICLE 3 – UTILISATION DU MATERIEL
Le BENEFICIAIRE utilisera le MATERIEL exclusivement dans le cadre de la production de xxx pour le PROPRIETAIRE, et conformément au Cahier des Charges figurant en Annexes 4.
Pendant la durée du présent contrat, le BENEFICIAIRE s’engage à confier l’utilisation du MATERIEL à du personnel qualifié.
Le BENEFICIAIRE fera exécuter des visites périodiques du MATERIEL imposées par la règlementation en vigueur.
Le BENEFICIAIRE s’engage à ne pas modifier le lieu d’installation du MATERIEL, ni le MATERIEL lui-même sans avoir obtenu l’accord préalable du PROPRIETAIRE.
Ainsi, le PROPRIETAIRE disposera, à tout moment, d'un droit de visite du site d’implantation du MATERIEL, d'un droit de contrôle de la compétence du personnel du BENEFICIAIRE affecté à l’utilisation du MATERIEL.
A l'issue de ces contrôles, le PROPRIETAIRE pourra notifier au BENEFICIAIRE tout manquement constaté par rapport, soit aux termes du présent contrat, soit aux Cahier des Charges figurant en Annexe 4.
Sans préjudice du droit pour le PROPRIETAIRE de demander à tout moment la restitution du MATERIEL, ainsi qu’il est dit à l’article 9 ci-après, le BENEFICIAIRE disposera alors d'un délai de …………(…….) jours afin de remédier à ce manquement.
A défaut, le PROPRIETAIRE disposera d'une faculté de résiliation du présent contrat et du droit d'obtenir réparation du préjudice subi.
ARTICLE 4 - OBLIGATIONS PARTICULIERES DU BENEFICIAIRE
Le BENEFICIAIRE s’interdit de masquer ou de démonter les plaques d’identification apposées sur le MATERIEL indiquant notamment qu’il est la propriété insaisissable du PROPRIETAIRE.
Le BENEFICIAIRE s’engage à utiliser le MATERIEL en professionnel précautionneux. Le BENEFICIAIRE s’interdit d’effectuer, ou de faire effectuer, des modifications sur le MATERIEL sans l’accord express du PROPRIETAIRE.
Au titre de l’entretien, le BENEFICIAIRE effectuera les opérations courantes d’entretien, décrites dans le Cahier des Charges figurant en Annexe 4, à l’exclusion de tous travaux de réparation sauf avec l’accord du PROPRIETAIRE.
Le BENEFICIAIRE sera responsable de tout dommage subi par le MATERIEL ou causé au tiers par ledit MATERIEL, sauf si le dommage résulte d’un vice caché du MATERIEL. Il a souscrit une police d’assurance afin de couvrir les risques afférents à la garde et/ou à l’utilisation du MATERIEL, tels que les dégradations, l’incendie, le vol et le dommage aux personnes, à l’ensemble de ses obligations au titre des présentes, et, plus précisément, à la conservation du MATERIEL ; il en justifiera à première demande du PROPRIETAIRE.
Le BENEFICIAIRE informera le PROPRIETAIRE de tout dommage survenu au MATERIEL ; le BENEFICIAIRE lui permettra un libre accès au MATERIEL moyennant un préavis raisonnable.
ARTICLE 5 - OBLIGATIONS PARTICULIERES DU PROPRIETAIRE
Le PROPRIETAIRE s’engage à effectuer les grosses réparations sur le MATERIEL décrites en Annexe 5, toutes les autres réparations à effectuer sur le MATERIEL étant considérés par les Parties comme des opérations courantes, à la charge et aux frais du BENEFICIAIRE.
Le PROPRIETAIRE est responsable des dommages résultant d’un vice caché du MATERIEL, étant entendu qu’il ne sera pas tenu à indemniser le BENEFICIAIRE du préjudice quel qu’il soit résultant de ce vice.
ARTICLE 6 – GRATUITE DE LA MISE A DISPOSITION
La présente location du MATERIEL est consentie à titre gratuit.
ARTICLE 7 - DUREE
Le présent contrat est conclu pour une durée expirant lors de la cessation des relations d’affaires entre les Parties pour la production de pudding.
Il sera reconduit d'année en année, à moins que l'une des Parties n'ait notifié à l'autre, .. (..) mois au moins avant l'expiration de la période en cours, son intention de ne pas le renouveler.
ARTICLE 8 – RESTITUTION DU MATERIEL – CLAUSE PENALE
A tout moment, à la demande du PROPRIETAIRE, et notamment dans l’hypothèse où il sera mis un terme aux relations contractuelles ou d’affaires entre le PROPRIETAIRE et le BENEFICIAIRE, quelle qu’en soit la cause, le BENEFICIAIRE sera tenu de retourner le MATERIEL au PROPRIETAIRE à l’usine de …………………………………... Les frais et risques du transport, en exécution des présentes, seront à la charge du BENEFICIAIRE.
Si le BENEFICIAIRE refuse de restituer le MATERIEL, les sommes versées en dépôt resteront acquises au PROPRIETAIRE, sans préjudice de tous les dommages intérêts qui pourraient être réclamés
ARTICLE 9 - RESILIATION - CONSEQUENCES DE LA RESILIATION
Outre la faculté de restitution accordée au PROPRIETAIRE, en application des stipulations de l’article 8 ci-dessus, les Parties conviennent qu'en cas de violation ou de non-exécution de l'une quelconque des stipulations du contrat par le BENEFICIAIRE, le PROPRIETAIRE aura le droit d'y mettre fin sans délai au cas où le BENEFICIAIRE aurait commis ou favorisé une telle inexécution ou violation et n'y aurait pas remédié dans les …….. (….) jours suivant la réception d'une mise en demeure dûment notifiée.
Toutefois, le PROPRIETAIRE pourra mettre fin au contrat avec effet immédiat si le BENEFICIAIRE commet une violation compromettant gravement l'image du PROPRIETAIRE eu égard notamment à la qualité et/ou la fiabilité des produits qu’il fabrique et/ou commercialise.
En cas de résiliation du présent contrat, quelle qu'en soit la cause, les Parties cesseront immédiatement l'exécution du présent contrat à la date d'effet de la résiliation.
Le PROPRIETAIRE s'engage, par ailleurs, à retourner, à ses frais et risques, au PROPRIETAIRE, le MATERIEL, selon les modalités et dans les conditions définies à l’article 8 ci-dessus.
ARTICLE 10 - CONFIDENTIALITE
Chacune des Parties s'abstiendra de divulguer le principe ainsi que le contenu du présent contrat, sauf pour faire valoir ses droits en justice, et les informations commerciales, techniques ou autres confidentielles ou les secrets commerciaux ou le savoir-faire de l'autre partie, ou de les utiliser autrement que pour la bonne exécution du présent contrat.
Les Parties prendront toutes les précautions nécessaires et raisonnables pour prévenir une divulgation interdite ou une utilisation interdite de ces informations confidentielles ou secrets par leurs employés, sous-agents ou autre intermédiaire.
Les obligations prévues ci-dessus se maintiendront au delà de la fin du contrat, quelle que soit la cause de sa cessation.
ARTICLE 11 - INTRANSMISSIBILITE
Le BENEFICIAIRE ne pourra apporter ou transférer le bénéfice du présent contrat, en tout ou partie, à quiconque sans l'accord écrit et préalable du PROPRIETAIRE.
En tout état de cause, le BENEFICIAIRE demeurera solidaire du bénéficiaire du présent contrat dans l'exécution de ses obligations.
ARTICLE 12 - NOTIFICATIONS
Toutes notification établie en vertu du présent contrat devra être rédigée par écrit et sera considérée comme transmise lorsqu'elle aura été adressée par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception, sous réserve d’autres formes prévues expressément aux présentes, à l'adresse des parties figurant à l'en-tête des présentes ou à toute autre adresse notifiée par les parties en cours d'exécution du contrat ou remise en mains propres contre décharge.
Toute notification sera considérée comme valablement reçu deux jours après l'envoi, le cachet de la poste faisant foi.
ARTICLE 13 – LANGUE DU CONTRAT
La langue officielle dans laquelle le présent contrat est rédigé, et sera interprété et exécuté est le français. Les Parties déclarent qu’elles ont une totale compréhension de cette langue et qu’en conséquence, elles ne sauraient en évoquer la méconnaissance pour justifier une interprétation erronée du présent contrat.
ARTICLE 14 - LOI APPLICABLE
Les Parties conviennent que le présent contrat a été négocié et conclu, et sera exécuté et interprété par application de la loi française.
ARTICLE 15 - LITIGES
Tout litige relatif à la conclusion et/ou à l'interprétation et/ou à l'exécution du présent contrat, qui n'aurait pas été réglé préalablement à l'amiable par les Parties relèvera de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de ……….
ARTICLE 16 - FRAIS ET HONORAIRES
Chaque partie supportera les frais et honoraires de ses propres conseils en relation avec la rédaction et la négociation du présent contrat et de ses suites.

Les Parties conviennent expressément que le préambule et les annexes font partie intégrante du présent contrat :

Translation - English EQUIPMENT LOAN AGREEMENT
Between the undersigned:

Hereinafter referred to as "…………" or "the OWNER"
of the first part,

WHEREAS:
In the context of the business relationship established between ………. and ……………, the latter wishes to use an item of 'Smart Turbo' humidity measuring equipment, owned by ………………… and described in Appendix 1 hereto (hereinafter referred to as "THE EQUIPMENT");
…………………. has agreed in principle to make the EQUIPMENT available to …………., free of consideration, in the exclusive context of the business relationship established between the two companies;
In consequence whereof, the Parties have negotiated and agreed on the following terms and conditions for the loan of the EQUIPMENT by ………… to …………………...
ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT
The OWNER shall loan the EQUIPMENT to the BENEFICIARY, who hereby agrees, as per the terms and conditions set forth below, it being stipulated that the BENEFICIARY has inspected the EQUIPMENT in advance of this agreement.
A statement detailing the state of the EQUIPMENT has been drawn up jointly by the Parties and appears in Appendix 2.
ARTICLE 2 – LOAN OF THE EQUIPMENT - TRANSPORTATION
The EQUIPMENT shall be made available to the BENEFICIARY at the premises of the OWNER, situated at the plant of ……………………………………………
The OWNER shall transport the EQUIPMENT, at his own costs and risks, to its destination, namely the plant of the BENEFICIARY situated at ……………………., in the room described in Appendix 3.
ARTICLE 3 – USE OF THE EQUIPMENT
The BENEFICIARY shall use the EQUIPMENT solely for the purposes of the custom manufacture of xxx for the OWNER, and in accordance with the Specifications appearing in Appendix 4.
For the term of this agreement, the BENEFICIARY undertakes to ensure that the EQUIPMENT is used by qualified personnel.
The BENEFICIARY shall organize such periodic inspections of the EQUIPMENT as are required by applicable regulations.
The BENEFICIARY undertakes not to make changes to the installation site of the EQUIPMENT or to the EQUIPMENT itself, without first obtaining the consent of the OWNER.
The OWNER shall therefore have the right, at any time, to inspect the site in which the EQUIPMENT is installed, and also the right to verify the competency of members of the BENEFICIARY'S personnel assigned to use the EQUIPMENT.
Following any such verification, the OWNER may inform the BENEFICIARY of any observed breach, either of the terms of this agreement, or of the Specifications appearing in Appendix4.
Without prejudice to the OWNER'S right to seek the return of the EQUIPMENT at any time, as stated in Article 9 below, the BENEFICIARY shall have a period of …………(…….) days in which to remedy any such breach.
Otherwise, the OWNER shall be entitled to cancel this agreement and to obtain reparation for any prejudice sustained.
ARTICLE 4 - SPECIAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE BENEFICIARY
The BENEFICIARY shall refrain from masking or removing the identification plates affixed to the EQUIPMENT, indicating that it remains the unattachable property of the OWNER.
The BENEFICIARY undertakes to use the EQUIPMENT in a professional manner with all due precautions. The BENEFICIARY shall refrain from making modifications or having a third party make modifications to the EQUIPMENT without the express consent of the OWNER.
For the purposes of maintenance, the BENEFICIARY shall perform the ordinary maintenance operations described in the Specifications appearing in Appendix 4. He shall perform no other repairs of any kind without the consent of the OWNER.
The BENEFICIARY shall be liable for any damage sustained by the EQUIPMENT or injury caused to third parties by said EQUIPMENT, except where such damage or injury is the result of a latent defect in the EQUIPMENT. He has acquired an insurance policy to cover the risks relating to possession and/or use of the EQUIPMENT, such as damage, fire, theft and personal injury, to all of his obligations under these presents, and more particularly to the retention of the EQUIPMENT. He shall be required to present proof of this insurance at the first request of the OWNER.
The BENEFICIARY shall inform the OWNER of any damage occurring to the EQUIPMENT. The BENEFICIARY shall grant the OWNER free and unencumbered access to the EQUIPMENT, subject to reasonable prior notice.
ARTICLE 5 - SPECIAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER
The OWNER undertakes to make the major repairs to the EQUIPMENT described in Appendix 5. All other repairs to be made to the EQUIPMENT are considered by the parties to be ordinary operations, at the costs and expense of the BENEFICIARY.
The OWNER shall be liable for damage resulting from a latent defect in the EQUIPMENT, it being understood that he shall not be required to compensate the BENEFICIARY for any injury whatsoever which may result from said defect.
ARTICLE 6 – PROVISION FREE OF CONSIDERATION
The EQUIPMENT is loaned free of consideration.
ARTICLE 7 - TERM
This agreement is for a period to expire upon cessation of the business relationship between the Parties for the manufacture of pudding.
It shall be renewed on a yearly basis, unless one of the Parties notifies the other Party, at least .. (..) months prior to the expiry of the current period, of his intention not to renew the agreement.
ARTICLE 8 – RETURN OF THE EQUIPMENT – PENALTY CLAUSE
At any time, at the request of the OWNER, and notably in the event that the contractual or business relationship between the OWNER and the BENEFICIARY should be terminated for any reason, the BENEFICIARY shall be required to return the EQUIPMENT to the OWNER at the plant of …………………………………... The costs and risks of transporting the EQUIPMENT in performance hereof, shall be borne by the BENEFICIARY.
If the BENEFICIARY should refuse to return the EQUIPMENT, the OWNER shall withhold any sums paid to him as deposit. This shall not affect the OWNER's right to seek damages.
ARTICLE 9 - CANCELLATION - CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
In addition to the faculty of return granted to the OWNER, under the terms of Article 8 above, the Parties agree that in the event of a breach or non-performance of any of the clauses of the agreement by the BENEFICIARY, the OWNER shall be entitled to terminate the agreement immediately where the BENEFICIARY may have committed or facilitated any such breach or non-performance and has failed to remedy it within a period of …….. (….) days of receiving formal notification thereof.
However, the OWNER may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the BENEFICIARY commits a breach which seriously compromises the OWNER's image as regards the quality and/or reliability of the products he manufactures and/or markets.
In the event that this agreement should be terminated for any reason, the Parties shall immediately cease execution of the agreement with effect from the date of termination.
The OWNER furthermore undertakes to return the EQUIPMENT to the OWNER, at his own costs and risks, in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 8 above.
ARTICLE 10 - CONFIDENTIALITY
Each Party shall refrain from disclosing the principle and the content of this agreement, except in support of a legal claim, and any commercial, technical or other confidential information, trade secrets or expertise belonging to the other party, or to use them for any purpose other than the proper performance of this agreement.
The Parties shall take all precautions reasonable and necessary to prevent the prohibited disclosure or utilization of such confidential information or secrets by their employees, agents or other intermediaries.
The obligations set forth above shall continue to apply after the agreement has expired, irrespective of the reason for its termination.
ARTICLE 11 - NON-ASSIGNABILITY
The BENEFICIARY may not assign or transfer any part of the present agreement to any other party without the prior written consent of the OWNER.
In all cases, the BENEFICIARY shall share joint and several liability with the beneficiary of the present agreement in the performance of his obligations.
ARTICLE 12 - NOTIFICATIONS
All notifications made under this agreement shall be drafted in writing and shall be deemed to have been sent where they are sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, subject to other forms or methods expressly stipulated herein, to the address of the parties appearing at the top of this document or to any other address notified by the parties during the term of the agreement or delivered by hand in exchange against receipt.
Any notification shall be deemed to have been validly received two days after it has been sent, with the postmark date deemed date of dispatch.
ARTICLE 13 – LANGUAGE
The official language of this agreement is French. The agreement shall be interpreted and performed in French. The Parties declare that they fully understand this language and that, consequently, they may not claim insufficient knowledge of the language to justify any erroneous interpretation of the agreement.
ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW
The Parties agree that this agreement has been negotiated and signed, and shall be performed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
ARTICLE 15 - DISPUTES
Any dispute concerning the signing and/or interpretation and/or performance of this agreement, which the Parties are unable to settle amicably, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ……….
ARTICLE 16 - FEES
Each party shall bear the costs and fees of its own counsel in respect of the drafting and negotiation of this agreement and any related matters subsequent thereto.
ARTICLE 17 - PREAMBLE - APPENDICES
The Parties expressly agree that the preamble and appendices form an integral part of this agreement:

Notre volonté de départ c’était créer un maillot qui soit unique à l’équipe de France. Qu’aucune autre équipe au monde ne pourra porter.
C’était vraiment aller creuser les valeurs de la société française qu’on pourra transposer dans le maillot. Créer une construction moderne tout en étant classique.
Matière
La modernité du maillot, on la amené tout d’abord dans une matière complètement nouvelle. Comment est ce qu’on pouvait intégrer à cette matière cette notion d’élégance, cette sensibilité à la mode que les français ont. Nous l’avons fait en intégrant l’intérieur de coton qui va permettre à la personne qui va porter le maillot, que ce soit le joueur ou que ce soit les fans de l’équipe de France d’avoir l’impression de porter leur tee shirt le plus agréable, le plus confortable qu’ils aient tout en ayant un produit qui permette de jouer au football dans les conditions optimales
Les matériaux que nous avons utilisés sont au top de la technologie actuelle
Col
Les éléments les plus importants de la silhouette que ce soit dans l’industrie de la mode ou que ce soit sur un maillot de Football a été le col donc nous avons voulu le travailler de manière très élégante, très française dans la réalisation, dans la coupe, dans les proportions.
La manière de porter un col est une manière de se différencier. C’est l’idée de pouvoir le personnaliser selon al manière dont vous le portez. Boutonné, non boutonné, relevé, baissé, ça va vous donné une attitude différente et donc chacun va pouvoir créer sa propre personnalité avec ce maillot.
ROUGE
Le maillot de l’équipe de France a toujours été Bleu-Blanc-Rouge, il était très important de traiter de manière subtile donc de m-même que le col est personnalisable, on va utiliser ce rouge de manière personnalisable.
Si vous voulez porter ce maillot avec du rouge, allez y, retournez vos manches et vous verrez le rouge. Si vous voulez le porter de manière plus subtile, à laisser les manches longues et le rouge sera dans le maillot mais pour vous.
BADGE
L’emblème de l’équipe de France c’est le coq, c’est l’étoile, c’est le FFF sur lequel tient le coq fièrement, donc au lieu que le badge soit doré comme il l’a été depuis de nombreuses années, nous l’avons fait blanc pour le faire ressortir encore plus. On a voulu regrouper tout ca dans une phrase qui soiut l’essence de l’edf. Cette phrase, ça a été « nos différences nous unissent »
Coupe Finition
En regardant ce que les marques de hautes coutures françaises font, on s’apercoit que la silouhette masculine est devenu beaucoup plus longiligne. Beaucoup plus droite, fine, donc c’est ce qu’on a voulu faire avec ce maillot. Nous avons ajouté cette bande, comme une bande en satin que vous retrouvez sur un smoking de soirée qui allonge la silouhette, qu’on va retrouver sur le maillot mais qui continue sur le coté du short pour donner cette silhouette plus longiligne, plus moderne qui va, on l’espère, pouvoir marquer l’histoire de l’équipe de France.
Translation - English The initial brief was relatively simple. To design a new shirt for the French national football team that is both attractive and historic.
Our first thought was to create a shirt that would be completely unique to France, one that could not be worn by any other team in the world.
That meant identifying some of the key values of French society that could be successfully transposed to the shirt. To create a modern, yet classic design.
Fabric
The first truly modern aspect of the shirt is the fabric used, which is completely new. The challenge was to imbue the material with the notion of elegance, that typically French fashion-consciousness. This was achieved by lining the inside of the shirt in cotton, to allow the player or supporter to feel as if they are wearing their favourite, most comfortable T-shirt, whilst at the same time letting France's footballers perform to their maximum potential.
The fabrics we have used represent the cutting edge of modern technology.
Collar
One of the most important components of any outfit, whether in the fashion industry or on a football shirt, is the neck. We were keen for the collar of our football shirt to be very elegant, with a distinctively French style, cut and proportions.
The way you wear your collar says much about who you are. Buttoned, unbuttoned, up, down....each denotes a different attitude, enabling every player or fan to wear the shirt in their own distinctive style and personality.
RED
The France shirt has always been Red, White and Blue. We wanted to use that colour scheme in a subtly new way that can be customized to suit the wearer's personality, just as for the collar.
So anyone wanting to wear the shirt with red, can simply go ahead and turn up the sleeves to reveal the bright red and stand out from the crowd. Likewise, anyone looking for a more understated effect can leave the sleeves rolled down, keeping the red under wraps.
CREST
The emblems of the French football team are the rooster, the star and the letters FFF, on which the rooster stands proudly. So in a break from the gold-lined crest of previous years, we opted for standout white for even more emphasis. The crest is applied to a separate panel which is then heat-bonded to the shirt, making for an ultra-lightweight badge, the lightest in the history of the French national team.
We wanted to bring together all the different elements of the crest under a single phrase that goes to the heart of what the French national football team is all about. That phrase is "United by our differences".
Finish
Taking inspiration from the techniques used by top French fashion houses, the cut of the men's kit has been made longer and taller, more close-fitting with a narrower waist and an elegant body shape. We also added a band, reminiscent of the cummerbund worn with a formal dinner jacket, which continues onto the shorts, making for a longer and more slender body shape, and adding a distinctively modern feel that we hope will be a new milestone in the history of the French national shirt.

Source text - French Afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés par l’Union Européenne pour 2020, la France a soutenu le développement des énergies renouvelables par un mécanisme d’obligation d’achat et d’appel d’offres. La puissance maximale du parc éolien représente plus de 4100 MW à la fin 2009 réparti de manière décentralisée sur près de 500 sites, et le parc photovoltaïque connait aujourd’hui un démarrage très significatif avec plus de 140 MWc de puissance installée en 2009. Cette forte croissance est appelée à se poursuivre, et l’arrêté du 15 décembre 2009 relatif à la programmation pluriannuelle des investissements de production d’électricité impose de disposer en France en 2020 d’une puissance installée éolienne de 25 GW (dont 6 GW d’off-shore)et photovoltaïque de 5,4 GW.
Les nouvelles énergies renouvelables éolienne et photovoltaïque ont pour particularité d’être majoritairement raccordées sur les réseaux de distribution et d’être fortement sensibles aux conditions météorologiques ce qui modifie les méthodes habituellement utilisées par RTE pour gérer l’équilibre entre l’offre et la demande d’électricité, pour dimensionner les marges nécessaires à la sûreté du système électrique et pour maîtriser les flux sur les réseaux. C’est pourquoi RTE a complété le système de supervision de son réseau électrique en se dotant d’un système dédié à l’observabilité et à la prévision de la production éolienne (et bientôt photovoltaïque) – « le Système IPES ». Ce Système permet aux opérateurs de conduite et aux acteurs de la gestion prévisionnelle de RTE d’observer à chaque instant près de 75% la production éolienne injectée sur le réseau et de connaître son évolution pour les heures à venir. Développé en deux temps, le Système IPES s’est d’abord appuyé en 2008 sur une plateforme expérimentale de visualisation. Depuis Novembre 2009, il est hébergé par une plateforme industrielle, basée sur une solution intégrée au système d’information de RTE et interopérable avec les centres de supervision des producteurs et des distributeurs.
Translation - English In order to meet targets set by the European Union for 2020, France has opted to support the development of renewable energies by means of a special mechanism comprising a feed-in tariff scheme and a system of auctions. The maximum rated capacity of the country's existing wind generating fleet was in excess of 4,100 MW at the end of 2009, spread across more than 500 embedded sites. Meanwhile, the photovoltaic fleet is currently seeing rapid initial expansion, with over 140 MWc of capacity installed in 2009. This fast growth is set to continue, and the French Government's decision of 15 December 2009 on the country's long-term programme of investment in power generation requires France to have at least 25 GW of installed wind capacity (including 6 GW offshore) and 5.4 GW of photovoltaic capacity by 2020.
The new renewable energy sources, wind and solar power, are peculiar in that they are mainly connected to the distribution grids, and are also highly sensitive to meteorological conditions. This requires changes to the method usually employed by RTE to manage the electricity supply-demand balance, in order to ensure there are sufficient power reserves to guarantee system reliability and to control flows passing through the national grid. For this reason, RTE has completed the setup by which it oversees the operation of its power grid, adding a new system specially dedicated to "observability" and forecasting wind (and shortly PV) generation. It is known as the "IPES System". This system enables RTE's dispatchers and forward management staff to observe almost 75% of the wind generation injected into the network at any given moment, and to see how it is likely to develop over the next few hours. Developed in two stages, in 2008 the IPES System initially used an experimental display platform. Since November 2009, it has been hosted by an industrial platform, based on a solution integrated into RTE's information system and which is interoperable with generators’ and distributors’ own control centres.

THE COURSE of the Evian Resort Golf Club
Acquiring Major status meant an immediate and comprehensive redesign of the course, a task undertaken by the Resort's own staff working hand in hand with the tournament organizers. Le Manoir, an early 20th century residence at the Academy, is the golfer’s ideal retreat with seven rooms for pro and amateur players. From dawn to dusk, guests at the Manoir de Novery can immerse themselves in the world of golf.
