I specialise in the healthcare market research and finance sectors. My strength lies in my ability to provide natural Spanish texts, translating the message for maximum appeal to the target audience rather than providing an accurate but over-literal translation. I have worked as fieldwork assistant at TNS Healthcare for 5 years where I translated massively and got the experience and the taste for the pharmaceutical field.

From then on, I have collaborated as freelance translator and proofreader for Spanish and International market research agencies and translation companies.

I have also created the website Hamaca Books (www.hamacabooks.com) in order to reach foreign authors and offer them publishing and translation services. In the literary field I have translated for the MacMillan Group the Brazilian novel (O Fazedor de velhos de Rodrigo Lacerda) and Ana Maria Machado´s children short stories, Emily Mah´s short stories and for the agency Seven, Tennis: La préparation mentale.
