The Consultant agrees that the Services rendered with respect to this Project will be performed with all reasonable skill care and diligence to be expected of a suitably qualified and experienced Landscape Architect performing services the like of those undertaken by the Consultant under this Agreement. The Consultant and Owner agree that the foregoing standard of care shall govern all Services and obligations to be provided by the Consultant under this Agreement. Consultant agrees with the Owner to use reasonable skill, care and diligence to assist and work with the Owner to plan the Project, to produce the necessary plan documents, and to further the interests of the Owner in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and procedures, each in accordance with the professional standards applicable to the Consultant and in compliance with all applicable restrictions, laws, codes, and regulations in effect throughout the period that the Consultant is performing services under this Agreement.

Source text - Russian 7.1.10 Технические, подвальные, цокольные этажи и чердаки следует разделять противопожарными перегородками 1-го типа на отсеки площадью не более 500 м2 в несекционных жилых домах, а в секционных - по секциям.
В технических этажах и чердаках при отсутствии в них горючих материалов и конструкций предел огнестойкости дверей в противопожарных перегородках не нормируется. Они могут выполняться из материалов групп горючести Г1 и Г2 либо в соответствии с 7.20 СНиП 21-01.
7.1.15 Несущие конструкции покрытия встроенно-пристроенной части должны иметь предел огнестойкости не менее R 45 и класс пожарной опасности К0. При наличии в жилом доме окон, ориентированных на встроенно-пристроенную часть здания, уровень кровли в местах примыкания не должен превышать отметки пола выше расположенных жилых помещений основной части здания. Утеплитель в покрытии должен быть негорючим.
Translation - English 7.1.10 Plant floors, basement and semi-basement levels and attics should be divided by Type 1 Fire Partitions into compartments up to 500 m2 in non-sectional residential buildings, and in sectional buildings they should be divided into sections.
On plant floors and attics which do not contain combustible materials or combustible building structures, Fire Resistance of doors in fire partitions is not regulated. Such doors can be made from materials of G1 and G2 Ignitability Group or in accordance with 7.20 SNiP 21-01.
7.1.15 Load-bearing elements of the roofing above an integrated extension (i.e. premises with separate entrances forming a single complex with the main building) should have no less than R 45 Fire Resistance and К0 Fire Hazard Class. If a residential building has windows facing such integrated extension, the level of the roof of the extension should not exceed the next floor level of the residential premises in the main part of the building. Thermal insulation in the roofing should be incombustible.
