This report, on the compliance of the project documentation with the essential requirements for construction works, will include:
- conformity assessment of the investment project with predictions of the plan;
- conformity assessment of the investment project with the rules and regulations of the detailed structural plan (DSP);
- conformity assessment of the investment project with the requirements of art. 169, pf. 1 pf. 2 TSA;
- conformity assessment of the investment project with mutual compatibility between parts of the project;
- conformity assessment of the investment project completeness and consistency of engineering calculations;
- conformity assessment of the investment project with devices for safe operation and technical surveillance equipment with increased risk, if any;
- conformity assessment of the investment project with specific requirements for certain types of works under the act for any object.
The process of the conformity assessment will be performed in all parts of the investment projects, which are grounds for granting permission for construction. The different components of the designs (drawings and text) of investment projects will be signed by the Consultant, who has assessed the compliance of the project documentation with the essential requirements for construction. When assessing the compliance of investment projects, the Consultant should exercise control of the construction products.
Based on the Consultant’s experience with similar projects, the Consultant will ensure the compliance with the regulations relating to the design, construction and operation of landfills and waste facilities, including wastewater treatment plants and facilities for treatment and wastewater infiltration and all relevant design standards - rules, standards and others.

Translation - English Our activity has been performed on the base of the methodology, approved by the Contracting authority - State Fund Agriculture. This report was prepared for the sole purpose of the Survey of the reimbursed projects for exceeding of the average market prices subject to eligible investment costs for application under SA-PARD Program.
The information, included in the present report, should not have to be used for market re-searches on the average prices, examinations for exceeding of the average prices or other analyses, covering time intervals beyond the period of engagement (before June, and after August, 2008 ). The present report cannot serve the purpose of analysis for exceeding of the average prices of assets which are out of the scope of the investments fundable under SAPARD Program and the measure 01 - „In-vestments in Agricultural Holding” (measure 1.1 from NARDP), measure 02 – „Improving the processing and marketing of agricultural and fishery” (measure 1.2 from NARDP), measure 03 - „Development and diversification of economic activities, provision of multiple activities and alternative income” (measure 2.1 from NARDP) и measure 05 „Wholesale markets” (measure 1.2.1 from NARDP). The analysis is based upon commercial transactions concluded on the territory of Republic of Bul-garia and the prices of the selected assets, ap-plicable for the relevant researched period.

Source text - Bulgarian публикуваме материали от конференцията „Йероглифът на кризата се чете като възможност”, под заглавието „Оптимиз-мът на управляващите не съвпада с оценките и прогнозите на науката и фи-нансовите експерти”.
В дискусията, последвала докладите на Пламен Орешарски, Апостол Апостолов и проф. Гарабед Минасян, изказване направи Петрозар Петков, изпълнителен директор на ЗК „Бул Инс” АД. „Свиването на кре-дитирането и лизинга убиват застрахова-телния бизнес”.Той акцентира върху факта, че в цяла Европа и в САЩ правителствата съдействат нивата на лихвените проценти при кредитирането да се намаляват, нещо което дава възможности за юридическите и физическите лица да погасяват своите за-дължения. А тенденцията в България е на повишаване на лихвените проценти на тър-говските банки и това рефлектира в общата икономическа среда.
Задълбочен макроикономически анализ на състоянието на икономиката ни по време на кризата направи проф. д-р ик. н. Гарабед Минасян от Икономическия институт на БАН. Според г-н Минасян „Подводните камъни на кризата водят до рязко свиване на преките чуждестранни инвестиции и драматична редукция на икономическата активност. Мрачният сценарий на учени-те ще се сбъдне, ако се влошат отношени-ята на България с ЕС”.

He emphasized the fact that the governments all over Europe and USA have contributed for decrease of credit interest rates, and this fact has given possibility to the physical persons and legal entities to service their debts. However the trend in Bulgaria is an increase of the interest rates of the commercial banks and this reflects on the economical envi-ronment.
Prof. PhD Garabed Minassyan from the Economic Institute of The Bulgarian Academy of Sciences made a deep macroeconomical analysis of the state of our economy during the crisis. According to the professor„The underly-ing potential problems will lead to squeezed foreign investments and spectacular reduction of the economic activity. The gloomy scenario of the scientists would come true, in case of worsen relationships of Bulgaria with EC”.

The aims of this case series was to evaluate the success rate of implants and their restorations, the sinus bone graft resorption, and the marginal bone loss around the implants when nanocristalline HA embedded in a silica matrix was exclusively used as grafting material. In 13 partially edentulous patients of a private practice having missing teeth in the posterior maxilla and a subantral bone height between 3 and 7 mm, 19 sinus augmentations (100% Nanobone, Artoss, Rostock, Germany) by the lateral lift technique were performed. The implants (Tiolox/Tiologic Implants, Dentaurum, Ispringen, Germany) were simultaneously placed. After 6 to 9 months 37 implants were restored with fixed dental prostheses. The clinical evaluation included peri-implant parameters, periotest measurements and the restorations. The radiographic bone heights over time were estimated with linear mixed models. The implant success rate was 100% after three years. The periotest values (between -7 and -6) after implant abutment connection indicated a solid osseointegration. The mean rates of the marginal bone loss over the first year were higher (mesial: -0.55, distal: -0.51 mm) than the annual rates thereafter (mesial: -0.09 mm, distal: -0.08 mm). Целта на изследването на тази серия от случаи бе да се оцени показателя за успешност на имплантите и имплантно-протезната реставрация, резорбцията на костната присадка при синус лифтинг, както и загубата на обем на маргиналната кост около имплантите, когато като материал на присадката се използва предимно вграден в силициева матрица нанокристален хидроксиапатит (HA). При 13 частично адентични пациента на частна практика, които са загубили зъби в задната част на горната челюст и височина на костта в субантралното пространство между 3 и 7 мм, бяха направени 19 синус лифтинга (100% Nanobone, Artoss, Рощок, Германия) чрез техника на страничен подход. Едновременно с това са поставени и импланти (Tiolox/Tiologic Implants, Dentaurum, Испринген, Германия). След 6 до 9 месеца е извършена протезна реставрация на 37 импланта с неподвижни зъбни протези. Клиничната оценка включваше периимплантни параметри, периотестометрия и реставрациите. С течение на времето рентгенографските височини на костта бяха оценявани с помощта на смесени линейни модели. След три години показателят за успешност на импланта бе 100%. Стойностите от периотеста (между -7 и -6) след свързването на абатмента на импланта указаха здрава остеоинтеграция.
